Very close to the Duomo and our balcony had a brilluant view of it. Parking is 3 mins away (€30/day). The building has a lift, but our flat also had a spiral staircase. Itvwas expensive, but you won't be disapointed with the property.

Not applicable, no breakfast.
The interface with the host/staff, the contact only by WhatsApp was relatively weak, the information didn't flow very well, in particular when some questions were asked related with late checkout.

The location and view from the room deck and rooftop deck was beyond excellent!
Sewer gas! Apparently they bathroom does not have traps on the drains; the shower and tub for sure - not sure about the commode or bidet. So the room smelled like a sewerage plant which they tried to cover up with a vanilla candle; which made it worse. They finally "fixed it" after the 2nd day. So we had to sleep with the windows and sliding door open and since it's across from the Duomo, and there are bars in the area; sleeping was challenging to not possible. Bring ear plugs! ....and nose plugs!
