Our hotel was amazing and exceeded all of our expectations.
The views were absolutely stunning!
Location was walkable to all of the sites we wanted to see.
On Saturday of our stay there was a demonstration in the Duomo Square and the streets were blocked off. Was extremely hard to navigate through the crowds and had to speak directly with a police office to allow us access to the hotel.
This was not a fault of the hotel though.

It would be hard to find a better located place to stay in Milan. We had an unobscured view of the Duomo from our balcony. There is an underground access stairs in front of the front door of the property. The room was spacious and luxurious as was the bathroom. The bed was superb. Even though it was the heart of the city it was very quiet at night.
My wife requested a bath as part of our booking. We could not get the hot water to work for her bath but the shower was excellent.

The location and view from the room deck and rooftop deck was beyond excellent!
Sewer gas! Apparently they bathroom does not have traps on the drains; the shower and tub for sure - not sure about the commode or bidet. So the room smelled like a sewerage plant which they tried to cover up with a vanilla candle; which made it worse. They finally "fixed it" after the 2nd day. So we had to sleep with the windows and sliding door open and since it's across from the Duomo, and there are bars in the area; sleeping was challenging to not possible. Bring ear plugs! ....and nose plugs!
