A well presented and clean apartment, but a couple of important issues affected the experience.

The apartment is nicely renovated, modern, and very clean. Overall, it felt comfortable during our stay.

The shower only had cold water, and the hallway had a very strong sewage smell that was extremely unpleasant and hard to ignore.

great few days in a great city with the ideal location

Space, location and apartment facilities

We were 3 couples and i understood there was 3 ensuites but only 2 full bathrooms and a toilet. We had to share showers so the information on Booking.com was misleading It would have been handy to have an information pack in the apartment as we did not know where to put rubbish etc although we did bag it up and left it on the side

Not friendly in winter

The locations and spacious

An apartment in an old building, Heating is not working all the Team, not all heaters are working. Water heaters are not working all the time as well. They gave us only 1 key, which was difficult with a group of 6. One washroom is not shaded, the curtains were not dark and when we take shower, we had to switch the light off, and it was risky as the stairs close to the shower door and we were about to fall off.

Great spot in Milan

Amazing location and very comfortable beds and lovely bathrooms. It is a great place to stay when visiting all the sites of Milan. It had a good large living space and well equipped kitchen.

It was a bit cold and the radiators didn't all switch on and there were no hooks to hang anything which meant we had to keep towels and coats on the floor which is a shame in such a lovely apartment.

Wonderful apartment - clean, spacious, and with a great location.

Newly renovated apartment that was very roomy and comfortable. The bathrooms and kitchen were exceptionally clean. The location was very central. The beds were very comfortable.

The hot water was rather inconsistent, so we had a few cold showers. The back bedroom didn't have air conditioning. The property managers still need to work out a few kinks with this newly refurbished rental unit.

The apartment was very clean, and the location couldn’t be better just a few minutes’ walk from the Duomo and the main shopping area. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the building felt very safe when entering and exiting. Overall, great value for the price given how central it is.

That said, there were a few downsides. The main bathroom window had no privacy covering, which was uncomfortable since it faces neighboring windows directly. There was also a noticeable sewer/mold-like smell near the front entrance area. It became quite noisy starting around 2:30 a.m., making it hard to sleep, and the apartment was very cold at night with no extra blankets or heating available. If a few of these issues were addressed, this would be an excellent place to stay in Milan.

Location is great; just a few steps to arrive at the Dumo, restaurants, and cafes. To ensure safety, there is a gate that is not open to everyone. Everywhere there are air conditioners. The beds are both clean and comfortable

Nice Location

They had the best beds of any location we stayed our entire trip. The location was central to everything and we loved the area. The space a roomy and very nice for a large family.

One room does not have a/c so the area was unusable during our stay. The water in the shower did not drain.

Location Spacious

1- The lounge A/C was not working since our check-in untill it was fixed on monday; so that is 3 days we had no working A/C in the lounge. By the way, the a/c later continued to dripping water even after they fixed it but in a very less amount and i had to put a plastic bucket to catch the water). 2- The door of lounge bathroom wasn't able to be closed during our entire stay! And wasn't fixed despite our request from day one. 3- The third bedroom has no A/C in it, and this was not mentioned in booking website, therefore we could not use it due to hot weather and we booked the apartment based on the availabilty of A/C as mention in booking.com website. Therefore my rest of family shared a room instead of a bedroom for each as we planned and booked a higher priced apartment for this purpose! 4- The main bathroom had no shutter for one of the two windows, there was no privacy since the windows were transparent, we managed to put the available curtens but they were translucent and almost transparent at night, so we had to hang black plastic bags so we could have privacy from outside nearby buildings. Also this matter was not given any attention from your side. 5- The hand shower of the main bathroom was broken since we moved in and was not fixed untill monday afternoon (after 3 days). 6- The drain of the main bathroom shower was not well mantained, I had to clean it myself the third day (was blocked) and was cleaned by your collegue two days later, and on our checkout day was almost blocked again! 7- Finally, when i complained to you about the above issues and requested for a partial refund you offered €150 !!! Which is 3.6% of what i paid. I refused such a petty amount of refund, not even a one night refund!!! This reflects your greediness despite all the faults in the apartment.

Comfortable flat in a central location

Excellent location next to the Duomo. Very central, close to public transport so very easy to get around. Large, comfortable lounge area.

A bit under equipped in the kitchen with not much work space. It wouldn't have been easy to produce a full meal, but as we mainly ate out this wasn't a problem.

The location is unbeatable and super centric. Steps away from the Duomo and shopping area. The apartment is very spacious and ideal for families traveling together and feeling a sense of space and comfort.

J’ai beaucoup apprécié mon week-end à Milan. C’était magnifique et magique en cette période de Noël.

Incroyablement bien situé, il est au cœur du centre de Milan. Vraiment très agréable.

Remise de clés un peu tardive mais tout s’est très bien déroulé par la suite.

1. 숙소 크기 - 출국하기 전날밤 묵고 가기위해 예약한 숙소여서 크게 기대하지 않았지만 정말 만족했습니다. - 성인 4명이 숙박을 했는데 성인 6명 이상이 묵어도 충분한 사이즈 입니다. - 화장실과 샤워실도 분리되어 있어 아침과 저녁에 준비하는데 시간적인 딜레이가 없었습니다. 2. 청결 - 청결도 4.8점입니다. - 최근 리모델리되서 전반적으로 깔끔했습니다. - 후기 중에 냄새가 났다는 글을 봐서 걱정했으나, 룸으로 들어가는 복도?가 조금 습해서 냄새나는 경우가 있는거 같습니다. 하지만 숙소 내부에는 정말 깔끔했습니다. - 숙소 정말 깔끔하고 깨끗합니다. 하지만 0.2점을 깍은 이유는 냉장고 청소가… 이전 사람들이 먹고 두고간 아이스크림등이 남아있었네욯ㅎㅎㅎ 3. 위치 - 이곳의 장점이라면 위치가 1등입니다. - 숙소에서 나와서 코너를 바로 돌면 두오모성당 볼수 있습니다. 야경을 보고 싶지만 성당뷰 숙소 가격이 부담이고, 잠깐 구경 정도만 원한다면 이곳 정말 추천합니다. - 숙소에서 나와서 30초면 바로 성당입니다. 4. 기타 - 엘리베이터가 있습니다. 엘리베이터가 작기는 하지만 최신 엘리베이터 입니다. - 성인 4명이 중대형 캐리어 4개로 이동했습니다. 1차로 2명과 캐리어 올리고 남은 두명은 이후에 올라왔습니다.

후기 중에 화장실 창문이 가려지지 않았다는 후기를 봐서 걱정된 부분이 이었습니다. 그 부분에 대해서는 개선하기 위해 창틀에 간이? 커텐을 설치해뒀지만 정말 간이 이긴 합니다. 요건 조금 계선되면 좋을 것 같습니다. 숙소 위치 표시가 있으면 좋겠습니다. 엘리베이터 내려서 왼쪽 돌고 오른쪽에 위치한 곳이 숙소입니다. 그런데 숙소 문에 별도 표기가 되어있지 않아 숙소 문 앞에서 고민을 했습니다.

Nos encantó!!..El diseño, la comodidad, muy espacioso y excelente ubicación!!

Todo estaba muy bien y muy lindo!..Lo único era que tenía un olor muy fuerte a pintura o algún tipo de remodelación, y faltaban los accesorios para poner las toallas y el papel higiénico en los baños!..
