Modern, clean and fully air conditioned when it was 100 degrees out. We were able to fully use it and we slept wonderful due to the comfort. It’s amenities and gorgeous interior show it is a penthouse.
Loved the property! Dryer was tricky as it takes several hours to dry a load, check inside the dryer for build up as there are no heat vents and dryer stops working when it gets too hot. Once we figured it out it was good, but took several hours to complete 2 loads of laundry.

This is a large apartment that had plenty of room for our group of 7 people. The location is great, right at Corso Buenos Aires with tons of shopping. The metro stop is right outside and a 5 minute ride to the Duomo. Lots of great cafes and restaurants nearby. The air conditioning worked well and the host communicated quickly.

It is situated in very lively surrounding. For Indians there is Indian Supermarket near to the property.

Spacious apartment with huge living room and dining room, great sized bedrooms with ample storage, 2 decent sized bathrooms, very close to the metro and shopping, and great food. The view was awesome. The elevator was working well. Basic amenities were provided.
The A/C did not work from our first night onwards. We contacted the property manager and he sent over an electrician who worked on it for 4-5 hours before declaring that a part would need to be replaced. We asked the manager for 4 portable fans which were provided - 1 did not work, 1 was not fully assembled and could not be used, 2 barely worked. The electrician did not come over again and the rental manager sent over 2 replacement fans. It was not a comfortable stay.
