Location - perfectly located by central station with access to trains, metro, trams and plenty of restaurants nearby. Host - exceptional communication and responded to my questions very quickly. Clear instructions for check-in and check-out. Space - the space is perfect for a small family of 4.
Decor and overall state of the apartment - Whilst the apartment was clean, the apartment is looking a little tired. Examples of this can be seen mainly in the bathrooms where the shower area can most certainly do with an update. Comfort of the bed - although it was passable it would not be comparable to a hotel bed of similar price. Lack of bedside lights in the bedrooms.

The location was the best feature of the property. Very easy walk to the main Milan train station. Also nice was having a 3 bedroom apt with separate AC units in each room.
The furniture was functional, but in no way comfortable or nice. The couch was terrible and had a thin blanket covering it to extend its life. The kitchen chairs were very uncomfortable, the bathrooms were tiny, barely enough room to shower.
