Great apartment and location. Modern and spacious

We were very happy staying in CLC apartments. The place is very clean and very well maintained. It is well equipped and very comfortable for a family stay. The location is great, not far from the duomo and the metro. Neighbourhood is quiet and felt safe. Service was extremely helpful and available. Thank you.

This is a very well-appointed and beautifully furnished apartment in an ideal location for anyone who wants to be close to Milan’s attractions without being right in the middle of the busiest areas. The apartment is near Brera, Via della Spiga and Porta Nuova, which suited our visit perfectly. Its security, comfort and amenities should not be understated. It is within walking distance of the stylish cafés in Brera and close to the metro, making it easy to get anywhere in the city. Our host was exceptional and welcoming, and most importantly, arranged affordable and efficient transport to the airport. I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment to friends wanting stylish , safe and well located accommodation in a this exciting city

The accommodation was good overall, and the location was very convenient. However, the bathrooms are quite old and could use some renovation. The living room and sitting area furniture is also somewhat outdated. There are not enough wardrobes or storage space for clothes, and the rooms are relatively small. Overall, we had a good stay, but updating the bathrooms and furniture and providing more wardrobe space would make the accommodation much more comfortable.

What I didn’t like about the accommodation was that the furniture was quite old, and the bathrooms were also outdated. There were not enough wardrobes for clothes, and there was limited storage space and shelving for luggage and personal belongings.
