Whole apartment and the location
Upon check out you have to lock the second gate good when we check out there is a caretaker on the other building he lock the gate for us . I can not lock the second gate because I return the key inside the apartment.

The staff was reachable and helpful. I was able to get an early checkin at 12pm and they were supportive in this matter. We had balconies around the apartment full of sun light.
The key of the apartment was not not available at the time of arrival as it was suppose to be and mentioned in the instruction of how to access the apartment.But with help of the good staff the key was delivered to us within couple of hours. The wifi instructions and password was incorrect. I had to figure out what wifi to connect to ( what was mentioned in the instructions was not correct). The electricity power got shutdown during the first night but we managed to turn it back in the morning.

near to all city centre visits
it was very dirty, skirting boards full of dust. cobwebs everywhere. bathrooms all flooded when showering.
