pretty good for the price

the travel card was great since it's a village with not much to do, I was able to visit nearby towns and have a good time, everything looked well kept and clean in the room, mini bar kept everything cool and the water kettle helped me get that morning coffee and it had great views off the mountains

It was hard to speak with staff and had to call the number to get things done, the TV remote was nowhere to be seen so there was no TV, the restaurant didn't seem to be open for all meals but I can't be sure as I had most my meals in Davos

People on the reception don't speak english or german. It was very hard to communicate. No TV in the room and no breakfast. They didnt give me receipt or invoice for the stay in hotel. The owner blocked my number when i tried to reach him and i tried to ask about company invoice. It looks like scam. Normally they shouldnt have permission to run a hotel in Switzerland. Crazy bad experience ;(

they didn’t give me proper bill and invoice, i think they do some scam there if you can’t get any confirmation of payment. Better to not stay there if you are going to visit mountains and you need a receipt or invoice. Crazy also the owner of the place when i tried to reach him he blocked me and my boyfriend’s number.

Super Clean, Stunning Views, Kind Staff , Warm and Cosy

The Hotel is located in my favorite location in Alps. It was very easy to go there by car. The bus stop is just in front of the Hotel. The train station is 5 minutes by walk . Ski slopes are accessible in 12 minutes by public transport . I got free card for using public Transport and it was very helpful . I loved the panoramic views from the balcony. I will definitely go back .

Everything exceeded my expectations. The TV was connected to YouTube , NETFLIX etc. It was not programmed for channels but it is was totally fine for me. I was mostly busy to enjoy views from the balcony. In general, I had a super pleasant time .

Very good base for a short stay when skiing in Davos Klosters

Even though in Saas, the hotel is very well located: 12 minutes away by car from Parsenn gondola in Klosters and even closer to Madrisa. Further, the building is right next to a bus stop, so anyone wanting to use public transport will be quickly on their way. The train station is few minutes away too. The room I was staying in was spacious, clean and featured georgeous view of the valley from a quiet balcony. There is ample parking available on site for 10 CHF per night.

Even though very helpful and welcoming, the staff speaks very little of German or English. In the middle of my stay I received a message from the property owner with check-in instructions but that was long after I have already checked-in. The village is rather small so for a few days-long stay take into account the necessity to travel to other towns around. For a multi-day stay also consider taking your luggage up and down narrow stairs - the building is rather dated.

Essere accolto da una persona che utilizza il traduttore non è professionale. Avere la TV che non funziona, saperlo da prima e non fare comunque nulla non è un servizio accettabile. Riservare in estate per l'inverno un'offerta irrinunciabile che presenta la miglior camera al prezzo dimezzato e poi ricevere la stanza più basica della struttura è palesemente una fregatura! Verificate le offerte online su vari periodi...

Hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt.

eine sehr schöne Lage, direkt an der Strasse. Für Skifahren, Ausflüge müsste man das Auto oder den BUS nehmen. Ein Wasserkocher mit Tee und Kaffee vorhanden. Das Parkieren war gratis.

Die Ansprechperson am ersten Tag konnte kein Deutsch und Englisch war aber freundliche. Beim verlassen des Zimmers war niemand anwesend.

De locatie is prachtig. De kamer voldoet.

Mevrouw was ronduit bot door mijn tas in de gang te zetten en de deur dicht te doen. In kantoor vulde ik een formulier in en werd naar de kamer gebracht. Pas de volgende ochtend zag ik hen weer, geen vraag hoe het was, bye was alles. Het is gehorig. Er komt bruin water uit de kraan. Door het contact vooraf had ik een vriendelijk hotel verwacht, dit viel erg tegen.

Sehr einfache, zusammengewürfelte Einrichtung. Wohlfühlfaktor fehlte , geeignet für unsere Durchreise, jedoch für längeren Aufenthalt würden wir dieses Hotel nicht buchen. Für eine Übernachtung tip top. Leider gab es kein Frühstück, wir fragten nach, dies wird offenbar etwas nach Lust und Laune gemacht, wir fragten nach, ein Zettel hing, wenn Frühstück gewünscht werde nur auf Bestellung . Der anwesende Herr und eine Frau ( Mädchen für Alles machte es den Anschein) sprachen kaum Deutsch. Die Heizungen waren kalt.

Muy bien!! Parking gratis, habitación amplia y confortable, todo muy limpio, toallas esponjosas, cama y almohadas muy cómodas. Ducha con buena presión y temperatura. Hervidor de agua, con café y té en la habitación, y minibar que enfría super bien! Y lo mejor de todo, las vistas desde la habitación, con una terracita con sillón y mesita. Repetiría sin dudarlo, he pagado el doble por hoteles mucho peores en esta zona.

Keine Zimmerreinigung,keine frischen Frottiertücher,direkt an der Hauptstrasse,Lärm,konnte schlecht schlafen.Russische Leute an Reception,die kein Deutsch sprechen. Gebäude sehr alt,müsste überholt werden.Kein Frühstück.Viel zu teuer,75 SFR die Nacht ohne Frühstück.

Einfach aber sauber

Gastgeber spricht weder deutsch noch Englisch. Im Zimmer lag ein Zettel, dass man im Restaurant etwas trinken und eine Kleinigkeit essen kann. Ist nicht der Fall. Auch stand man könne Frühstück reservieren, was auch nicht. Möglich war. Der Gastgeber hat lieber Domino gespielt.

Uitzicht was erg mooi savonds was het er ook stil in de ochtend wel veel verkeer bedden lagen prima ruime kamer tis maar net wat je gewend bent

Ottima posizione, raggiungibile con mezzi pubblici tutte le località della Valle

Ottima posizione, facile da raggiungere gli impianti sciistici, fuori dall’hotel c’era la fermata dell’autobus, camera spaziosa e molto tranquilla.

Non ci è stata consegnata la carta turistica per poter prendere i mezzi pubblici. Normalmente pagando la tassa turistica si ha diritto a questa carta che propone diverse facilitazioni, sopratutto l‘accesso gratuito ai mezzi pubblici. L’abbiamo richiesta quando abbiamo fatto il check-in, che ci é stata promessa, ma non è mai stata consegnata. Peccato

Freundliches Personal, bequeme Betten und ruhige Umgebung

Es ist ein kleines schönes Hotel in einem ruhigen Dorf. Es war sehr sauber. Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Bad waren sehr sauber. Das Zimmer war groß und gemütlich. Es gibt eine normale Heizung im Zimmer. Ich war ein wenig kalt und ich bekam eine zusätzliche elektrische Heizung. Die Zimmer sind schalldicht. Ich habe nichts von draußen gehört. Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt geliebt.
