Disappointing attitude to providing the service booked

Group of 10, booked dinner in a la carte restaurant and on morning of stay they called and said they could only do half board menu which had zero choice, turns out hotel was nearly empty so they decided not to open the restaurant which is very poor

A rather German experience in the Swiss Alps

Located close to the lake. Spacious room with big single bed. Big bathroom.

Staff unhelpful, not particularly friendly and slightly stressed. Poor quality breakfast buffet and ran out of bread one morning. Musli and orange juice were sour. Croissants hard. Bedding was uncomfortable and synthetic pillows. Shower leaked water all over the bathroom floor. Lacking of any Swiss alpine charm although that seems to be their sales pitch. Clearly catered to clientele from Germany.

Simple uncomplicated but poor sleep

Uncomplicated check in and great location.

The blinds did not keep out the light in the morning - and there was a pink light in the bathroom (coming from an outside light in an enclosed courtyard). this pink light was not able to be blocked out. On top of this, the bathroom door was made of glass so the light could not be blocked out by the closing the bathroom door.

Turm Hotel is very well located. The breakfast was great, and the wellness center is excellent.

Breakfast was great. Dinner is over priced and we did not choose the dinner option.

There could have been a hot tub in the wellness center.

There is a lack of staff that affects the quality of hotel services offered to customers. A real problem is the quality of the half-board menu because cheap ingredients are mainly used and the cooking method is at the basic level.

It was a cozy hotel, elegant, comfortable and fulfilled all our needs

The hotel facilities were great, the staff are very friendly and helpful, the dinner has great variety of food, the breakfast as well. We were upgraded into a suite and we all enjoyed our stay, we were 6 skiers and booked 3 rooms.

The steam room is so small and not hot enough.
