Everything about this hotel was fantastic – in our opinion it’s the best hotel in Davos. The cross-country ski tracks start right next to the hotel, which is amazing. What we loved most was the kids’ playroom that stays open until 9 pm, where children can even have dinner, plus there’s a small kids’ cinema. The breakfast is excellent, there are several great restaurants for dinner, and the bar has an impressive cocktail menu. We booked two rooms – both were very comfortable, with a shower and a bathtub and a beautiful view over the city. A big thank you to the whole team – we were truly happy staying here.

The staff and location
It wasn’t clean the first day we saw lots of hair on the bed
The toilet wasn’t clean
The leave the used glasses and the coffee in the room they didn’t take
Towels are not clean
And they have shuttle to take us from/to the train station and it’s free but they didn’t tell us about it we knew by ourselves after 3 days after using the normal taxi
