Not a pleasant stay

The staff tried their best, however, they appeared understaffed

One room had no heating; when raised with the staff, they provided a portable heater. There were silverfish in two of the rooms and a dead fly stuck between the glass and the toilet cistern. The room did not feel clean. The mountain view included the train line, which was directly outside the window; as it was displayed in the room description, it came across as a selling point, in fact, it was the opposite and was noisy (thank goodness the trains are fairly quiet). Breakfast was in the adjoining building; there was a door from the accommodation space through to the breakfast, but this was rarely opened when we went down to breakfast (between 7 and 7:5am), so we had to go outside to access the restaurant from the street. The bar was rarely staffed, meaning we often had to wait long periods of time before we would get served.

Very basic room and in the old part of the building. Floor was not level and the bed was on a slight slope. Floorboards very noisey. Bathroom ok but small. Room furniture very simple

I don't recall requesting a quiet room when booking as question above stated but it was quiet thank you and clean. Basic but perfect for what I required in a convenient location (near supermarkets, conference venue and transport). Staff were friendly and professional.

The room was very hot, a fan would have been beneficial.

Nicely renovated rooms in a simple, functional design. Very friendly reception staff. Location close to the Platz Train Station.

Weirdly soft and plasticky mattress. Meat smell 24/7 in all hallways and also in the room from the restaurant. Breakfast is very basic (on the plus side they at least had plant based milk).

Uncomfortable Stay , Old Furnitures , I don't recommend it

Unexpected Old room Furnitures , our rooms were on the back of the hotel ( side building ) , this is why they make Non refundable (non Flexible reservations Booking ) in the Hotel , you can't cancelled or change , Breakfast is limited .

Facilities. Also we had to wait almost 30 min at the reception for someone to show up for the checkout.

Gute Lage für Wintersport, freundliches Personal.

Sehr gute Lage, nahe an der Jakobshorn Gondelbahn, Bahnhof und Zentrum.

Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig, man hört nicht nur die Nachbarn, sondern auch Gespräche im Gang. Das Frühstück ist gut und bietet viel Auswahl, aber es gibt keinen Speck, Zopf oder Gipfeli. Nach dem Schneefall vor unserer Ankunft wurden die gebührenpflichtigen Hotelparkplätze nicht ausreichend geräumt, sodass sich eine dicke Eisschicht unter dem Schnee bildete (Unfallgefahr). Auf unsere Reklamation wurde lediglich die Gebühr für einen Tag reduziert mit dem Hinweis, dass wir vorher hätten fragen müssen, ob wir auf dem Kundenparkplatz parken dürfen.

Super Lage, perfekt Wahl für ein Skiiweekend!

Die Jakobshorn Bahn ist zu Fuss perfekt erreichbar. Allgemein ist die Lage des Hotels super. Der Bahnhof, verschiedene Restaurants etc. sind super schnell erreichbar. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist sehr freundlich und wir waren super happy, dass wir ein Zimmer mit Balkon hatten.

Die Zimmer sind ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Der Boden ist schräg und somit auch das Bett. Das Personal beim Frühstücksbuffet am 1. Morgen versprühte eine extreme Hektik, die eine Mitarbeiterin rannte fast in mich hinein es kam nichtmal ein Entschuldigung, sie schnautzte mich stattdessen noch an. Dies war eine Ausnahme der Rest des Personals war sehr freundlich.

War alles bestens, was nicht so gut war, es war kalt im Zimmer als wir es übernommen haben und gieng etwas lang bis es endlich Warm war.

Enteuschend

Wir waren in einem neben Haus und das wirkte zimlicht alt und runtergekommen. Wir hate nicht einmal eine Minibar, und neben unsere Zimmertüre war eine Türe und diese Wurde jedes mal zu geknalt wen jemand rein kamm so dass man davon wach geworden ist und die gäste waren auch nichts rücksichtsvoll mitten in der Nacht bin ab einem lauten Streit wach geworden.

Leider gab es keine Spiegeleier zum Frühstück da es sehr wahrscheinlich zu wenig Mitarbeiter gab und leider am Morgen ein zu grosses Gedränge weil alles etwas zu eng platziert war

Die Lage war perfekt und mit der Gästekarte konnte man mit dem Postauto fahren sowie die Bergbahnen zum halben Preis!
