Checkin takes too long.no responses on messages via hotels.com at all. Wouöd be great if you could also improve the knowledge about hotel status and not trying to charge us for parking everytime.

Lets start with positive things, hotel is on great location. Hotel staff is nice and food at the restaurant is local swiss food menu, way different than real Hard Rock Cafe menu with classic American food, anyway good food. Now, negative things about the hotel. At the checkin we were given room which was two floor below ground, when we went to the room i was shocked. Room was barely in the basement, window wasooking half in the ground and half into parking lot where cars are parked 2 feet away from the window. Room size was approximately 10 square feet barely one small bed and tv. I went back to the reception and refused to stay in that room so was given a different room which was on a 2nd floor. This room was way different but again it was a little bigger than the first one. Negative things about the room: has no clothing cabinet in the room ( only ikea open hanger cabinet to hang on clothes), bathroom was size of 2 square meters, where the sink is so small that you cant even let water run and wash your teeth), door on bathroom had an opening on both sides that all smell comes directly from bathroom into the room - pathetic, windows on the room are also not sealed well - at night cold air comes through them that i had to put pillows around them so the air doesnt come and room stays warm. Overall i think that price of the accommodation does not meet standards what it offers.

It was an overall amazing experience at the hotel. The room was in nice and very good conditions. Comfortable bed, modern bathroom, good curtains, enough space inside the wardrobe. The Soa was amazing super good distribution and optically nice. Much betttr then it looks on the website. 2 saunas, one steam bath, nice jacuzzi and good pool. The treatment facilities were top as well. The massage room was nice and the treatment by Carla was very good and professional. The spa staff was good especially Marco. Breakfast buffet was very good regarding quantity of choice and quality of the food. Very good service by the team Marí, Rene and Naike. For the dinner were enough options to. The check i and out was very friendly and efficient thanks to Erik

We had booked a deluxe room and tried to upgrade, but never received confirmation. Upon check-in, the receptionist (an Italian girl—honestly terrible at her job) assured us we had a “nice” room. In reality, it was one of the worst we’ve ever stayed in—and we travel a lot! It was in the basement, right next to the elevator, with two single beds instead of the king we had booked. It was dark, smelly, and the window was practically on the street. My partner went back to reception and luckily met Katharina, who was amazing and provided top-notch service. Unlike the first girl—who claimed the hotel was fully booked—Katharina was happy to show us other options. In the end, we upgraded to a lovely junior suite for a reasonable extra fee. The room itself was nice but way too hot, and we couldn’t adjust the temperature. The hotel overall was decent, though we’ve stayed at better Hard Rock Hotels. The spa was nice, and the breakfast was great—especially since it was included. As high-level members, we had free parking and were told we could charge our car in the garage. However, the only option was a regular socket, not one suited for an electric car. Eventually, we found a proper charging station outside, but it required a separate payment. Overall, it was a nice stay in a good location, but there were definitely some frustrating moments!

The hotel has big, well-maintained, modern rooms. We liked the breakfast, and the restaurant is also an excellent option for lunch and dinner if you don't feel like going out. The gym is well-equipped for cardio and strength training (including a barbell rack, dumbells, etc). The spa feels basic, but it's enough for a ski holiday. Parking spaces are limited. There is free parking outside, but it is almost always full, and there is paid underground parking, which you must reserve via phone in advance. If you want to take the car out, reserve a space and hope the barrier works (otherwise, they can't guarantee the spot). Parking is the main inconvenience for this hotel. The staff was great.

Check in was delayed as the room was not ready. The receptionist couldn’t offer a solution and no excuse. The restaurant toilet was blocked for no reason for over 1h, we reported it several times but nothing happened. Furthermore, the staff told us to store the luggage in the car after we unloaded the car. We asked for a luggage room and the receptionist denied it.

Hotel itslef is great. Loved the spa (saunas, steam room, and pool) and the excellent and wide ranging breakfast options. Not so happy with construction in front of hotel. Nor the fact that my room was right above the staff's smoking spot, which is to the left of the front entrance. Tried to rent an ebike from the hotel (c)very convenient!), but the bike had a broken spoke and there was zero setup for the shocks. Ended up cancelling the reservation and renting from bike shop instead. Service staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms are modern and new and very clean. I've stayed here before and I'd stay here again in the future. Recommended.

We stayed for 2 nights and it was extremely loud, we called the reception at 00:30 and they said the noise would soon stop but it was absolutely not the case, we couldnt really sleep then we complained at the reception the following morning but they didnt really care, they said they cant accommodate us since we booked through expedia, what a shame. Breakfast buffet was great but the restaurant isnt good at all, the burgers, the soup and the lasagne were not good at all.

It was very comfy and the breakfast was fantastic! Rooms super quiet .. maybe not enough seating in our room to watch TV.. and enjoy the view, only one comfortable chair available. The only other item is that was we thought there would be a mini fridge for ice and drinks but there was none! Everything else was super nice. Really enjoyed our stay.

"Overhyped" hotel. Rooms are extremely small. I booked a deluxe room for three (one kid 9 years). The room was so small was suitable for one person. During checking they took 100 CHF dipositive per day mentioning if we take something from the fridge.. There was no fridge in the room :-( Whenver you call reception, spa hotline no body takes call on first time.

Great stay, rooms are pretty small but the bathrooms are a good size. Restaurant was a convenient bonus for us since we spent our days skiing and were too tired to find anywhere else. The Spa was also an added included bonus to relax at the end of the day.
