Location is amazing, room very big and clean!

Breakfast was a let down. Very little choice and a bit messy. Parking is also a struggle but, they have agreements with a local parking 5 minutes from the hotel so... Not that bad.

The restaurant waitress was very rude despite the fact that some of our Covid tests did not detect on their phones, (which has nothing to do with the technicality) she was rude even to those that their tests were accepted.

Das Hotel ist optimal gelegen, in wenigen gehminuten erreicht mann die Bergbahn zum Jakobshorn. Perfekt für einen Trip mit freunden.

Die Lage zum Eisstadion und zur Bergbahn zum Jakobshorn ist zentral und sehr gut. Die Haltestelle zum ÖV für die Fahrt zur Bergbahn Parsenn ist 50 Meter entfernt. Hauseigene Bar lädt zum Verweilen ein.

Eine Schiebetüre als Türe zum Badzimmer ist praktisch, der Mechanismus der Schiebetüre sollte einfach auch so funktionieren wie vorgesehen. Eigentlich ein Detail und dennoch ärgerlich ...

Perfekt für Skifahren am Jakobshorn - für Parsenn sollte ein Fahrplan des Skibus verfügbar sein.

Das Zimmer war gross, genug Platz für die Kleider. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Viele Optionen, feines Brot, guter Käse, Müsli - alles da. Am Abend haben wir im Hoteleigenen Restaurant gegessen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, gut gelaunt und sehr aufmerksam.

Wir wollten einen Stecker auslehnen für unsere Handys (viele Hotels haben ja heute USB Anschlüsse) - das war leider nicht möglich.

Sehr gerne wieder.

Die Zimmer sind praktisch gut eingerichtet mit viel Abstellfläche. Zimmer und Bad sind sehr sauber. Das Hotel zentral gelegen. Parkplätze hinter dem Haus. Das Restaurant ist gut geführt, wir haben hervorragend gegessen, das Personal ist sehr freundlich, Frühstück war auch sehr umfangreich. Für uns hat alles gepasst.
