Hotel Bünda Davos

Room was pretty large, comfortable. The staff was nice and helpful. The location was very good (5 minutes walking from Davos Dorf railway station) since they offer guest cards that cover the local transportation within the town and, as bonus, also provide discounts on some cable installations (SchatzAlp and Rinnhorn for example). There is also a restaurant at the location but in summer it wasn't always open. Breakfast was ok, offering a good selection of products.

I had a room without balcony and the window was located directly under a tree so it was not so bright. Thre was no fridg in the room

The staff was wonderful. The breakfast was excellent. So much variety. The location to downtown Davos made for an enjoyable walk.

What a great find. This hotel gets the basics right - and then adds the kind of extras that make you think: yes, this place actually understands hospitality. Free sauna? Excellent. Free coffee? Excellent. Cookies? Also excellent. Breakfast? Very good. And the fresh orange juice machine - where you squeeze juice yourself from real oranges: was honestly the kind of detail that makes a stay memorable. The location is convenient, the price is more than fair, and the overall experience was far better than many places that charge much more and offer much less. No cheap tricks, no inflated promises, no nonsense. Just a genuinely good hotel that delivers real comfort and real value. Highly recommended.
