Hotel room is big, comfortable and very clean. Pool and sauna is nice especially the quiet area is clean and nice. Plenty of water, tea and snacks provided. The gentleman kept the sauna area very clean and dry at all times. Reception is polite and offered a bottle of water upon check out for the road. This is good customer service. Also nice to have free flow of hot tea.

Breakfast is every day the same, would be nice to have some variety for the hot food selection. There is too much morning sun at the tables near the windows, sun was directly into my eyes and felt uncomfortable but the employee could not bring down the blind despite my request. Suggest you automatically bring down the blind when there is too much sun.

modern & very clean.front office reception staff was great. so were the staff at the bar.

food/restaurant options in the evening (breakfast is great). one day the bar was not serving food after 7pm or so. we went to the restaurant, they said they are fully booked, so we had to order room service. we called for room service they said the chef had left or something along those lines, and that they were only serving drinks. we ended up walking along the promenade to find a place for dinner. mixed nude sauna. outside a very few countries in Europe, this is not the normal setup. if a guest enters without knowing, some guests can be very rude and the staff should be more understanding to guests who do not know the mixed nude sauna etiquette . at the end of the day we are all paying to stay in the hotel and globally mixed nudity is not the standard

The central location in Davos Dorf as well as the relative modern and new facilities represent the key USP of this property. Rooms are comfy, warm and quiet, despite the hotel being located at proximity from the main streets. The spa & fitness is also a nice add-on after a whole day spent outdoors on the slopes.

The room prices are extremely jacked up vs the quality of the guest services and available features at the property. There are clearly not enough staff and the vast majority of them are very young and inexperienced. Surprise, we found out upon arrival that one of the property restaurants (the Cervolino) was closed during our visit as there weren't enough staff to operate it (no information about this on the hotel website). The other italian restaurant (Bacio della Mamma) was fully booked and the only in-house alternative was a very limited room service menu featuring the standard unhealthy club sandwich, burger, fries etc. fare. On top of this the hotel added a fee for in-room delivery service apparently justified by the lack of staff, and we got food poisoning that evening. The hotel parking was full, and we got told to park our car in the parking of a nearby supermarket (!) which was about 15' away from the property and super inconvenient and dangerous when you have to carry bags and suitcases to the hotel and roads are completely frozen and slippery. Overall not worth the price tag, at those rates and inexistent service, rather rent a luxury AirBNB in the area.

On the pricey side of things, fruit selection at breakfast could have been a little larger, there were only water melon, some pieces of orange and rests of kiwi

Spa area - pool water is cold, the doors are opened all day, which makes it uncomfortable to relax.
