Facilities are great, but what makes the hotel really special is the staff, they are awesome. It is the 2nd year we go with the family for a week and I totally recommend it. It is perfect for families.

We would appreciate more variety of food in the kids buffet. Can be repetitive for longer stays.

We stayed here as a family to celebrate my husband’s birthday, and it was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make everything perfect. They paid attention to every detail, and the birthday surprise they organized was thoughtful and heartwarming. The room was clean, comfortable, and perfect for a family. it could have been worse

restaurant staff was exceptional saunas were also very nice good breakfast lots of towels at the pool and sauna area shuttle to and from the ski lifts

Swimming pool was "cold". such low temperature is ok for sports swimming pool but not for leisure/relax with small kids (saying this as an ex pro swimmer) lots of seasonal staff, not aware much of activities around. Some of them seemed to be tired and awaiting season to be over. beds not too comfy malfunctioning fridge resulting in spoiled food broken sledges offerred...all of them. I should have brought own.

spacious rooms, nice SPA with sauna and swimming pool, ample parking. excellent cleaning and care of the rooms. Staff well trained.

bad value for money. The services are not proportional to the high cost of the stay, 800 euros per night on average. the minibar in the room empty! parking in the hotel garage at 18 francs per night...the very ordinary New Year's Eve dinner (150 CHF per person) without drinks. Rooms with no view. The customer is not the center of attention but the price!

Superb

Room was beautiful and had enough of space in order not to feel messy while unpacking. Room 438 had an amazing view with balcony, breakfast had great selection and I was happy to get a shuttle service on short notice. Team is super helpful. Pool and sauna was nice and clean as well.

I have nothing to mention what I didn't like, would book again if I'm staying in Davos. very small details - no water available at the spa area, maybe there were simply no cups/glasses but water was really missing, had to bring from the room. Another mini detail - bananas were not available for breakfast, which I love together with my coffee.

third time there, we love to come back there. great value for the money considering the amazing breakfast buffet and the really lovely wellness/spa. great room, friendly staff

needs a bit of walking to get somewhere if you want to find something, as davos is an aswedome place its nice to have to walk around a a bit imo

Spacious room with very comfortable bed and big modern bathroom. All staff were friendly and helpful. Wellness area and pool very nice and we used them every day after walking. Breakfast was great with plenty of choices.

Restaurant had nice food but a bit overpriced and small serves, also no local specialties (Kapuns)

Definitely not recommended

The wellness area and the bar

The service offered and the guests treatment is not at a four-star hotel standard. We had issues in the room and asked for support multiple times, it was fixed only upon our departure - too late. We were not even able to understand the reason for this delay as the receptionist told us multiple versions - I would recommend transparency first. Furthermore, the issue was related to lack of cleaning, which is what you would not expect from this hotel type. Lack of cleaning that we also noticed in the common areas, so I highly encourage the hotel management to work on this. Last but not least, it is totally overpriced not only for the level of service provided, but also for the facility itself. The only four-star quality amenities are the bar and the wellness area.

We really enjoyed our time at Waldhuus

The hotel is very nice, perfectly located as it is not on the main street but just 7-8 mins walking distance, staff has been nice and friendly, the sauna and pool area is really great to relax after a day skiing. Our room was recently renovated, we were three so we had a junior suite, with two beds in a mezzanine room and a sofa bed... the comfort is excellent, considering that a sofa bed cannot offer the same comfort than a bed. Definitely a relaxing place to visit again.

Really difficult to find things that we did not like, maybe a couple of areas of improvement at max... the newly built rooms could have some more opportunities to hang and sofa bed could have a more comfortable mattress, but these are details

Rooms, wellness and staff at the reception were great.

Slow service at the dinner. We arived at 20:30 and got the food at 21:45. Quite late for a dinner.
