The room was clean. The location is very good for access to the Jakobshorn cable car with the bicycle. Possibility to pay for underground parking, where we could leave our car also after checking out. Spa and pool facilities were very nice. Breakfast was great! Lots of food and different choices.
The room was very small.

Staff, spa and pool, location, bedrooms, very comfortable.
One thing the room lacked was air conditioning so first night was very uncomfortable due to exceptional hot temperature. But I know this would rarely be needed.

Comfortable, spacious room and friendly and attentive staff. Breakfast was nice too.

restaurant staff was exceptional
saunas were also very nice
good breakfast
lots of towels at the pool and sauna area
shuttle to and from the ski lifts
Swimming pool was "cold".
such low temperature is ok for sports swimming pool but not for leisure/relax with small kids (saying this as an ex pro swimmer)
lots of seasonal staff, not aware much of activities around. Some of them seemed to be tired and awaiting season to be over.
beds not too comfy
malfunctioning fridge resulting in spoiled food
broken sledges offerred...all of them. I should have brought own.
