Great sized rooms

The staff were friendly. The room was a good size and set up as we hoped for (with the sofa bed prepared). There were Crabtree and Evelyn toiletries provided. There is a bus stop very close by We didn't have breakfast as that was too much CHF for what we would want to eat but there is a nice Migros cafe next door.

The bar and lobby were very brightly lit and in the evenings it would have been better if the lights were dimmed and make for a nicer atmosphere.

Great family and friends stay in Davos

The restaurant staff was great. Maki is an exceptional team lead and role model for her team. She is very detail oriented and will make sure that you have a great experience. The location is very good. There is a bus stop right next to the hotel, and one across the street, depending on which direction you are going. The spa area is also very nice. A really hot sauna, a steam bath, and an infrared sauna.

There are not enough towel holders in the bathroom, especially right by the sink. It's too bad that they don't have their own indoor pool, although there is a big community swimming facility just a few minutes from the hotel. The food was generally very good, (half board option), but the vegetarian choices were sometimes lacking in color, i.e. the pasta dishes were nice, but without any vegetables the meal was a little bland.

Good place to stay, but awful experience at the hotel reception.

The hotel is conveniently located, not far from the city centre. It was clean and the breakfast was good.

The person on duty at the reception when we arrived was most unfriendly and disinterested in his work. He didn't offer to give us any information, and not even mentioned where breakfast would be served. We had to ask him everything, and he would just answer in very short sentences, with a grunt. People who work at the reception of a hotel are normally welcoming and courteous, but not this man.

Modern, comfortable and perfect for a stay in Davos.

The room had a balcony was in a modern style. Very comfortable bed and pillows and the ensuite bathroom had a shower and was clean and also modern. The hotel is walking distance of much in Davos and has an underground parking. We didn't eat in the establishment.

Close location to congress center

Would have paid the same time at check- in as I should guarantee my stay and confirm the credit card at the front desk, if the front desk officer had asked me. No need to sort the credit card two times for a one night stay.

Perfectly clean, nice wellness (saunas) area, very friendly/helpful staff, loved the buffet breakfast with lots of options

As we were staying with 3 people in the room, I was sleeping on the sofa bed which was not very comfortable
