Nice and modern design, clean room

We booked our stay late at night to have some sleep after driving for 10 hours, it would be nice to have been informed beforehand about the construction site next door that would wake us up at 7 AM We politely complained to the reception and asked if they possibly would treat us with a complimentary breakfast, but no…… So for the price we paid, this was not worth it.

New Years Eve in Morosani 51

Pros: 1. Was cheaper than all the hotels around 2. Good location near to restaurants and clubs and food shops 3. It says "room only hotel" but actually there was other stuff like shower, towels, soap, toilet, even a hair dryer.

Cons: 1. The check in system. Wasn't necessary and didn't like it. Had to fill out some online form requesting FAR too much personal information from me, scan a QR code, and pay before i could get my digital key. 2. The digital room key. What a frustrating faff!! The slider wouldn't work on my phone. WARNING!!!!! IF YOUR PHONE DIES WHILE YOU'RE OUT..... YOU ARE NOT GETTING INTO YOUR ROOM!!!! Luckily, i sent the email with my digital key to my paramour. 3. The noise. We could hear our noisy neighbours come in at 3am and they didn't quiet till 4am. We could hear other neighbours leaving at 7am to go ski. The church bells may as well have been in our room. I did not sleep well 4. The pillows were awful and didn't support our heads. We woke with sore necks We will not be staying here again. We have decided a good nights sleep and delicious breakfast is worth the extra money

In general, we were very satisfied.

Easygoing place with comfy beds and enough space for family of four.

The card key was not working properly, we had to try many times until the doors opened. There was not enough light in the room, in comparison with pictures one table lamp was missing, which made a difference. Maybe not so important but when packing we had to switch on the torch to see.

Shampoo was empty - completely empty not even a little bit was left (looks like cleaning Personal never checked it) and the holder for the toilet paper was broken and laying on the bottom. Rest was clean & a great room size for 3 people.

Good hotel, excellent location, value for money, make sure you open window before go to sleep

There is only one thing I didn't like which affects overall rating. The room is small and have no air circulation, this with heating in winter creates so hot and dry air that one basically can't sleep. I couldn't sleep half night as needed to adjust the window to be open enough to get some air but not to be too cold. Second night was already excellent as I mastered which window needs to be open and how wide. I think this could be easily adjusted in the room with some more ventilation from outside.

Soggiorno piacevole

Stanza pulita e accogliente. Posizione vicina al centro e alle fermate degli autobus. Siamo riusciti anche a parcheggiare gratuitamente davanti alla struttura, in uno dei (pochi) posti auto disponibili. Per un errore di sistema ci era stata addebitata due volte la tassa di soggiorno, ma ci hanno subito contattato e restituito i soldi di persona.

Purtroppo i distributori automatici nella piccola stanza all'ingresso non funzionavano bene ed erano poco forniti.

Ein Foto von aussen hätte geholfen das Hotel besser zu finden. Leider sehr ringhörig, sehr laute Familie auf dem gleichen Stockwerk nach 22uhr.

Super Lage, Zimmer sehr schön.

Die Lage des Hotels ist top. Zimmer schön. Mit dem einchecken ,digitalen Schlüssel etc. hat alles sehr gut geklappt. Es kam davor noch eine Email mit Angaben zur aktuellen Verkehrssituation, was sehr geholfen hat. Zimmerbezug wie vorangekündet um 15.00 Uhr kam die Email.

Es gibt aktuell eine Baustelle direkt vor dem Hotel. Am Samstag um 07.00 Uhr begannen die Arbeiter zu bohren und arbeiteten mit Presslufthammern. So geweckt zu weden war etwas unangenehm.

Die Lage ist prima. Das online Check-in und zusätzliche Infos waren tipptopp. Parkplatz kostenlos verfügbar.

Aktuell ist eine grosse Baustelle vor dem Haus. Ab 07:00 Uhr grosser Lärm. Da alte Fenster ist nach 07:00 Uhr (inklusive Samstag) Schluss mit schlafen.
