not what we booked.

Room in general was spacious and clean (kitchen, bath, bedroom) but was in another town/building than booked and had some features that were a bit gross.

Booked a room with a double bed and two singles for the kids in some town (Saas). When receiving the self check-in details it turned out to be a studio in another town (Küblis). Not what we booked. Ended up having a pull-out couch for kids which isn't an issue, but unfortunately it had a huge stain on it. At least the blanket was clean to cover couch. Bathroom: one of the white towels had a huge yellow spot from previous users. Shower curtain covered the whole bathtub floor and was a bit moldy. Room was cold, took 1h to heat it up. Would have been nice, if someone turned the heaters on before arrival. definitely no mountainous view, rather the main street through the village. At night there was some constant noise coming from the cellar that was in the studio. Value for money not given.

Staff are very good - senior people. Nice and friendly. But place itself is bad

Mold mold mold!!! Smell in the room was terrible! Shower is something that should be burned to zero and reconstructed. Parking is too tide

The rooms they describe was not the same too much congested no iron no microwave and ventilation was poor fridge was hardly working the room smells and the ac didnt work too . Rest parking u need to pay they should provide free on site parking

Very good.

The property had everything we needed. The best part was the location and the views from our balcony.

The pillows were a little uncomfortable and the room was very warm at night. It was to be expected as it was summer and the weather was great. But it is just something to be aware of.

It’s a good basic place to stay

It’s well located and clean. Very welcoming and accommodating hosts. You can also rent a grill for 15 CHF (a bit expensive in my opinion, but it’s a nice option)

Parking costs additional 10 CHF, ridiculous to be honest given that this is a village, parking is big, and it’s anyways reserved for the hotel guests…

I didn't liked anything about this stay.

- 2 Ukrainian people on the desk, didn't knew we were coming whatsoever. - Booked 4 place room, got a 3 place room - Fungis everywhere on the carpet, the smell was horrible. - Slept in the car because it was horrible, ofcours never got the money back because the ukrainian workpeople are just puppets for the real boss Marco and he never replied my messages.

Cheap for Switzerland, matches the expectation

The beds were incredible and the view of the Alps as well. Moreover, as this appartment is located in a small village, it was always calm in and around the appartment. Also, the hosts gladly helped us with everything we needed. And, Switzerland is an expensive country, so the price of this appartment was very much worth it.

There we quite some mosquitos and flies. Also, the bathroom had no windows nor ventilation. Finally, there was no kitchen.

Bad

I strongly discourage staying at this hotel and dealing with its owner as they simply deceive and rob people. They attempted to charge us again for the city tax, which had already been paid through the booking.com portal. Furthermore, they invented an additional fee for late check-in, despite us checking in on time. When we refused to pay this fee, the owner demanded that we leave the hotel, and our money for the reservation was lost. The owner is vulgar and does all of this knowingly, not by accident. Finally after pay again city tax, we check in in hotel at night. we didn’t get access to wifi and it was no possibility to exit from buliding and takes private things to shower, clothes to change. on booking was info that you can exit from hotel any time, it was false - door was closed and we didn’t have a key

excellent value for money, amazing food!

The food was the best in Europe, they even catered for my vegan daughter. We had 1 breakfast and 2 dinners as a family of 4 and every single dish was delicious and memorable . The hosts are very friendly, very helpful and welcoming. The city tax you must pay , gives you free access to public transportation, the bus stop is literally out the front of lodge, so this was the first time we parked our car up and used the bus that took us to ski fields or wherever we wanted to go. Very convenient and relaxing to see the beautiful countryside. The room is basic, clean and warm, excellent value for money. Would highly recommend to any traveler!

We didn't receive what we booked

The friendliness of the staff. The location close to nice resort skis.

We booked a quadruple room, and were given a smaller one. We asked an additional bed or crib for our child, and we received a mattress to sleep on the floor... Bed wasn't very comfortable. Parking isn't big enough: 2 cars had to park in a wrong manner.

Amazing stay

Amazing stay, spacious apartment in a stylish building with a balcony offering a great view. Lovely and helpful staff, very clean and quiet. Parking available next to the building, good WiFi coverage. Location is easy to get to. Amazing stay, can highly recommend. Guys in reception speak english in case you don't speak deutsch :)

There are plenty of power sockets but of an old type that is not entirely compatible with modern european standard. Ideally you could consider replacing them with ones that support modern EU plugs or provide adapters.

A spacious room and a view that is difficult to describe. The morning conditions are comfortable and the temperature is suitable. A strategic location for those wanting to sit around the Davos area.
