A very stylish and comfortable duplex in the heart of Ypres with the benefit of a garage that will accommodate a larger car. It was a one night stopover, but would be equally handy to stay as a base for exploring this interesting area. Everything you could possibly need and plenty of space to relax and entertain. Whilst central, it is in a quiet side street and easy to find. It was a great place to stay and I'd happily stay again - highly recommended!

We found it ideal, but would say families with young children and/or the less mobile might struggle with the open stairs. I'd recommend having a torch to hand when retrieving the keys as the box is located in a dark corner and it took us a couple of goes to access. Also be aware the door locks are on the stiff side.

Beautifully decorated and had everything you could possibly want for a short stay (or a long one). We really enjoyed the coffee balcony and had we stayed longer would have had dinner out on the terrace. We were very happy with the garage, the ease of check in and check out (and many thanks for the early check in!), communication was great and very easy. We wish we could have stayed longer than one night. Also very helpful having TV with apps and internet to keep our little one occupied whilst we tidied up! We would happily return if we come back to Ypres.

The staircase was unnerving as we had a young child, it would have been nice to have a side to it. Also the motion sensor light in the hallway meant night time toilet trips were a bit disruptive as toilet was upstairs. Very small details which didn’t detract from our stay.

Alles. Perfect gelegen. Zalig bed, zalige douche. Mooi, ruim terras. Vriendelijke, behulpzame eigenaars.

Wonderful property in great location. Would definitely return. Loved having a garage for the car. Enjoyed the balcony on the sunny days.
