Great location. Very peaceful and property is ok. Especially like the upstairs and main bedroom is comfortable, with balcony and lively view across the city.
It could have been cleaner. The cleaners let them down. WiFi also needs sorting as kept cutting out, which means tv doesn’t work properly.

A lovely bright comfortable home with plenty of space for 4 adults.
Everything was fine, especially after we finally found the chopping board. Under the toaster, in case anyone has to search. 😆

Great location with superb views over the city from the balcony. Plenty of space and great facilities. The apartment was near a stop for the U1 bus route straight into the centre of Bristol.
TV was a little tricky to control

We had a comfortable stay overall. The house is lovely and light, with nice character features typical of an older property. It was warm and welcoming when we arrived, and the open-plan layout worked really well for us. The location is excellent for accessing the city centre.
It is a well-located and characterful property with good potential, but it would benefit from some maintenance and better attention to detail.
The large TV wasn’t working during our stay, possibly due to the property unfortunately relying on mobile broadband.
The kitchen was quite under-equipped (no large saucepan, peeler, washing-up liquid or cloth), and some crockery was chipped. Glassware was very limited, with only a few large glasses and one usable wine glass. A kitchen cabinet hinge was already loose on arrival and came off completely during our stay.
The listing photo for the second bedroom doesn’t match the current setup (now a double rather than two singles), the sofa is also now just straight not curved. There was no house guide (so we didn’t know things like bin collection days), and the bin outside in the alleyway was already full (and smelly) on arrival. The garden could also do with a tidy, and the curtains need fixing as they come loose at the ends.
