Not fit for purpose. No working terrestrial TV via the 'smart hub' & no stable wifi in a 12 nt stay
Location perfect as between the two hospitals I had come to visit and be an-patient at (Bristol Southmeads and Bristol Spire) Had off road parking, allbeit tight for two vehicles Spacious, light and clean property
There were no instructions at all - this property did not seem like a short term let. Rubbish bins in utility area of property had not been emptied when we arrived - we had no idea when bin day was or what to do with rubbish until the owner visited on day 6 of our 12 day stay Wifi was not stable for a single day of our 12 day stay, agent did not directly call and speak to us once just kept messaging AI suggestions about the wifi. The supplied dongle was inadequate even to establish a VPN connection for one of the guests to work from home during the stay. The owner has no router and broadband contract as is trying to sell the property Heating in February was hit and miss - owner did visit to rectify this (a complex 5 setting timer) on day 6 and also helpfully supplied missing basic items for kitchen I spent the second week recuperating from surgery and although the inside of the property was spotlessly clean, every day there were multiple visiting rats outside the lounge window in the garden We booked the property for three adults as photos showed a double and a twin room. Property had two doubles so we had to purchase a single duvet for one person to sleep on sofa.

Good sized house, reasonable value and good location, with parking.
Smelt of stale smoke inside and on the towels, stains on sheets, someone's rubbish left in cupboard, leak in lounge, overall felt it needed a bit of love.

A lovely bright comfortable home with plenty of space for 4 adults.
Everything was fine, especially after we finally found the chopping board. Under the toaster, in case anyone has to search. 😆

Brilliant location with stunning views over the city
Great location with superb views over the city from the balcony. Plenty of space and great facilities. The apartment was near a stop for the U1 bus route straight into the centre of Bristol.
TV was a little tricky to control

The stay was amazing and worth the money.
The property was a lovely layout, really spacious and clean. I loved the fact it had a garden and balcony. The main bedroom was a lovely design. The owners were also very helpful, quick communication and there if you needed.
I didn’t like the fact the balcony was filled with water and not having a way to drain it. It is also attached to the neighbours house which was restricting.
