Overall we enjoyed it, and would go back

No breakfast provided, which we were aware of, a few places to eat nearby so no issue, it was a great property, bigger than we thought.

The balcony didn't feel safe, although i'm sure it is, it's very old and the railings are a bit low, i wouldn't advise leaving kids our there.

A wonderful apartment in an expectional area to spend time exploring with family.

The location and building are fantastic. Clifton is so easily accessible and that is an absolute bonus. We love the original features in the apartment and it is a sociable space. Surprisingly quite area at night.

Considering the newly renovated kitchen and the beautiful bedrooms I was surprised the sheets weren’t ironed. Just looked very scruffy in comparison.

The apartment is spacious, clean, silent, and good equipped. The area is also perfect. Quite silent with a beautiful view and bars, restaurants and shops are near. The owner was very attentive and gave us all information and for my email, she responded quickly. My daughters enjoyed relaxing at the little gallery.

The elasticity of the mattress could be better.

Royal York Crescent- Clifton

Great location in the centre of Clifton, 5 min walk from the suspension bridge, which I would recommend visiting. Nice view from the balcony. Good facilities.

Steps up from the road and Stairs to 1st floor (not great for my poor old knees) but are manageable. We were lucky with parking , but it was quite busy at times.

good prime location close to many choice restaurants. quiet residential area.

we have a few luggage.. quite a challenge bringing the luggage via steps as property does not come with a lift. this is unsuitable for the elderly n the unfits.

Beautiful Apartment, Balcony, and Great Location

- Great location - loads to do in Clifton as well as easy bus links (no. 8) to the city centre. - Huge apartment so lots of room to relax, and the balcony is such a gorgeous feature; we spent so much time sitting outside especially at breakfast (enjoy view of outside photo!) - Easy check in process.

The 3rd room is on a mezzanine level and while not an issue for us, I feel if you had tall adults it could be something just to keep in mind as the actual space between floor and ceiling is not huge (see bedroom picture).

Exceptional

This is an excellent apartment in one of Bristol's premier locations/streets. Amazing😊 The views from the balcony stretch across the whole of Bristol and beyond. The owner is very helpful in making sure that you have everything you need. The apartment is full of charm and character. We will be back. A great weekend.😊

The flat is absolutely lovely. Such an open and light space with amazing views. Breakfast in the sun on the balcony was just perfect. The flat was clean and beds very comfortable. All communication with the host prior to our stay was easy and prompt. Would definitely recommend. Thank you for a great stay.
