I’m really glad I stayed here and would love to do so again.

Warm, spacious, comfortable and in a perfect location.Cosy sitting room and large bathroom with a great shower and bath with loads of hot water.

Clean, comfortable, attractive and excellent location. Great shower, comfy beds, all you need.

The floors are very slippery, have to be very cautious walking around. I think you need to change to a non-slip cleaning product or add non-slip rugs. The windows have no sound proofing so you can hear every movement and word spoken on the street outside. Fortunately it is a quiet street after about 11pm. The parking instructions were a little unclear (there was no bollard in place but multiple chains and posts, none of which were unlockable with the padlock key. Quite tight if you have a larger car. Fine for a smaller one with some care.

Lovely stay and have already booked again!

The patio is a great place to sit however the outside table is a worn and could do with replacing especially as it s wooden and splitting in areas with one leg literally on its last leg. Also the mop head needs replacing.

Lovely house in the heart of Clifton village

We loved this bijou house; perfect location with private parking. Bucking the current trend, this gem is as advertised; a delightful, clean bright & comfortable house. We’ll be back!

Minor criticism is the smaller double bedroom didn’t have a roller blind to pull down over the slatted blind.

Great location, close to lots of amenities.

The location was amazing, right in the heart of the Clifton village we had bars, restauratns and shops really close by.

The sofas were not that cosy, they were ok to sit on for short periods of time but we chose to watch a film one night and we were all fidgeting to get compfy.

Lovely property, but check the heating is on before you arrive if it's winter !

Fantastic location. Good that it has parking space. Lovely property. After the initial unfortunate problem a nice stay.

When we arrived the house was 6 degrees. There was no heating on and clearly hadn't been on for some time, despite the welcome book saying in winter the heating is on all the time. The company that deals with the property did answer the phone and said that there should be a thermostat. It was found shoved in a cupboard with the wrong date and time and turned off. We had to go out and when we got back 2 hours later it was still only 12 degrees so I phoned the agents at 16.55 to get an automated message saying their office closed at 17.00 and there was an emergency number. I phoned and requested some heaters so we could sit in the property and make an evening meal. A message came back that because the office was closed we couldn't have heaters and it would soon warm up. We had to go out and spend money we hadn't planned on food as the house was too cold to sit in. When we came back we had to sit under blankets it was very cold. The next morning despite the heating being on all night the house was still not a comfortable temperature, 15 degrees. I phoned and requested the heaters we had needed the evening before. They were very helpful and delivered them within an hour. After this the property was warm and the agents in charge of the property apologised and gave us a late check out as a gesture of good will. I did mention that I would have liked money refunding for the food out, but that has not been acknowledged. If I were the owners I would be very upset at the property not being heated and the response on the first evening that no heaters were available was very poor. It was 1 degree outside that night and fortunately no one in our party was elderly or vulnerable. It was an unfortunate start to the stay, but after that it was all good.

Great location in the heart of Clifton. Trip down memory lane showing my wife where I went to uni

Well equipped clean and comfortable house in the heart of Clifton with everything you could possibly want on your doorstep. It’s actually 2 houses fused together so upstairs you have a long corridor dividing the bedrooms and a rear balcony which looks perfect for summer drinks

Minor in the scheme of things but the downstairs living room could do with a more comfortable sofa. An L shaped sofa would work perfectly given the shape of the room

It was okay, cozy home. It does the job when you need a place to stay

The kitchen has it all, every equipment that you might need for a meal. There were plenty of heater.

The property was very long and narrow , weirdly shaped. But it was fine to manoeuvre around.

Location is amazing. Property itself is so lovely, very charming and well designed. Comfy beds and great layout.

It was cold overnight, we were unable to work the heaters. The parking spot was small and tricky to manage but we know we should be grateful to have parking in such a sought after location.

Tenía parking incluido, es muy importante porque te da mucha tranquilidad si llevas coche. Localización buena.

La calidad de los colchones pésima, especialmente en la habitación pequeña. Imposible dormir. Pongo una foto del somier y del colchón que había encima. Las sábanas tenían alguna mancha y a la casa le faltaba una buena limpieza. No había mandos para encender el aire acondicionado. No dejaban papel higiénico para los 12 días. No volveremos allí. Las fotos son mejores de lo que luego es
