Lovely apartment very clean, great facilities and nice bed

Tv in living room could be bigger but it’s just a suggestion. Possibly an arm chair to go with the sofa (it’s a bit small)

Good value apartment with nice facilities and good parking.

Nice apartment with good sized kitchen, bathroom and living area, nicely decorated and very clean. Generally quiet. Secure parking which was a bonus. Good communication throughout with all relevant information provided in a timely way. Good free wifi. Overall very good value particularly given Bristol can be expense for a stay.

The double beds were quite small so not hugely comfortable for two people (but very comfy for one person!). Plus, could really use some more clothes hangers for the hanging space provided (only 3 hangers in one room). Seating area in the living room could only comfortably seat two, rather than four (two people would have to sit on dining table chairs) which is fine if only two people are staying.

Perfect for a get together with friends

Lovely apartment in a great location.

Couldn’t get the WiFi to connect. And it was a little warm but the outside temperature was nearly 30 degrees so you have to keep the windows and curtains closed during the day.

Excellent accommodation, great value for money

Very spacious, clean & comfortable. Great location if you have a car. Plenty of places to walk, eat etc.

Minor detail, finding the location was a bit hard, but that may have just been us.

Nice location

The location was lovely. Nice little walk along the river to get into town and also close to Clifton and other places such as the Botanical gardens. It was pretty easy to find with codes and instructions sent before arrival and was pleasant enough on arrival. Nice decor and a good size balcony and a well equipped kitchen. Rooms were nice and big and had everything you'd need for a pleasant stay.

Even though the rooms were a decent size, unfortunately the beds were very small. I think a small double at best. If you are 3/4 adults then the beds are very much a squeeze. The same can be said about the sofa. 3 full grown adults just about fit with a squeeze but luckily we were out most of the time so didn't need to use it so didnt affect the stay.

Very stressful on the first day but after it was a pleasure with noise every now and then

The property was very clean and exact like shown in the pictures. Feels very home-like.

The problem we had faced of our phobe not opening to let our car in and out. Luckily we found someone who could open the gate the first time but this was problem faced by other people staying in the building too. And other people being quite noisy was also an issue.

Sofa wasn’t clean, there was food between the cushions and dust underneath

Comfortable flat close to Clifton

Convenient location and well furnished flat. Lovely shower - waterfall head. It was warm and comfortable

The floors were a little sticky in the living room and we would have liked to have some washing up liquid for washing up etc Would be useful to have a cafetière as we had brought ground coffee but then couldn’t make.

Apartment for 4 but sofa only big enough for 3 at a squash. No bread knife TV too small and sound was very poor. Batteries in remote tv control flat. No instructions as to how to turn on towel rail. Pillows and Duvet poor quality
