Upsall Warren Cottage

Loved the cottage, spacious and quirky.. Loved the attention to detail from the hosts. Everything was provided for us, honestly could not have asked for anything more. Great location and even though next to a busy road you would never know. Totally fenced off, woods behind and you cant hear any traffic at all when you are inside.Lovely grounds, just excellent.

The only thing possibly would be some blinds or curtains in the sitting area, apart from that ..... there was nothing I didn't like

The property was just what we were after and exceeded our expectations for a short break whilst attending a wedding locally. The beds were comfortable, rooms a good size and the host went above and beyond to make sure we had an enjoyable stay and helped with directions and showed us how everything worked. Really good value for money and would definitely stay here again if in the area. Thank you to the host for being so accommodating.

Meeting Phil the owner who explained everything we needed to know, very impressed by the cottage it was very warm, clean and comfortable.the amount of attention given was outstanding, fresh flowers on the table which was decorated for the occasion with balloons, chocolates, candles etc. The fridge and freezer were stocked with beer, water, butter ,sparkling wine and pizzas as well as milk bread and crumpets ,the list goes on and on.The kitchen was well stocked with all the equipment and utensils that you could need The bedrooms are large with comfortable beds and good quality bedding and towels. There we're also lots of games to play for all ages if the weather is not so good. Our party consisted of eight adults and were using the cottage as a base before attending a family birthday party and to be quite honest I think it would have been hard to find anywhere better in the area ,and all this for a very reasonable price,if you are wanting somewhere to stay in the area give it a go as I don't think you will be disappointed

Large, well equipped, close to where I was working.

Not very clean, bathrooms very tired, cold.
