Lovely owners who I’m sure will up this to a 10 out of 10 😊

The communication was exceptional and up there with the very best I’ve encountered. Kindly let me in early and offered great guidance for local parking etc. Always felt they were available and the bed was super comfortable. Felt very secure.

It didn’t feel finished as there was missing plaster above the doorframe in the bathroom, there were loose wires hanging out of the walls in most rooms (not live!j and I was warned that the shower wouldn’t be warm unless a switch was left on. It was all night but in the morning there was an intermittent stream of scolding hot water interspersed with a lot of cold. Didn’t know when to gamble and the pressure was virtually non-existent. No plug socket by the bed as there was a large unit covering half of it. Just adjusting these repeatable minor things would make a huge difference to a better stay and thought it helpful to share rather than stay quiet.

Thoroughly enjoyed our time at the property and Middlesborough itself. Will definitely return at some point.

The property had everything you can want. Beautifully furnished and very comfortable and clean. The owner came to meet us with the keys and showed us around, what a lovely guy. Gave us information on the area and made us feel very welcome. Would highly recommend.

Lovely flat with really helpful hosts

Just superb. Right in centre of Middlesbrough with a very handy small commuters’ car park outside the front door (so quiet at night) and if you did need to park that is £4.70 a day. Facilities great (I had the penthouse which was compact but comfy over two floors - a bedroom with comfy bed and desk, a huge kitchen diner with two sofas, and a shower room with walk in shower) ) with everything you need including milk in the fridge on arrival. Hosts could just not have been any more lovely. Superbly friendly greeting (as they meet you to hand over the key) and when my train from London was dreadfully delayed they even came and picked me up from the train station after midnight, which as a solo female traveller was very much appreciated. I won’t stay anywhere else in Middlesbrough if work brings me back.

A very nice apartment

The host kindly swapped us to a ground floor flat as we're both disabled. It wasn't as big as the penthouse but still lovely. Can't talk highly enough of the hosts, they're brilliant

If I had to say anything it's that the house number needs to be added to the listing... but honestly there wasn't anything we didn't like. All great

Fabulous apartment.

This is a fabulous property. We have stayed twice and booked it for two more stays. The hosts are lovely and have thought of every little detail. Communication was spot on and they were there to welcome us to the apartment. There is a car park with CCTV right next to the apartment which was very convenient. The apartment itself was immaculate, with beautiful design and a very comfortable bed. There is everything you need in the kitchen and the hosts had kindly provided milk, tea, coffee, bottled water and a range of snacks. The shower is spacious with decent pressure. Our thanks to Al, Zahra and family - we look forward to our next stay.

A property not to miss out on ?

Everything from the first phone call from the host.To the arranged meet at carpark next to the property.I could see my car from apartment.The host is such a gentleman he could not do anymore to make are stay perfect in every way.The penthouse is spotless and I mean spotless.The bed is that comfortable it's a 12 out of 10.I have stayed in a lot of properties and I am well impressed with this one.Its perfect location for uni and the city bars.

That in my son's university life.i have not found this gem of a property before.

The host was so friendly and accommodating; nothing was too much for them, and they went out of their way to make sure I was welcomed with a smile, and my stay was second to none. I couldn't recommend this property more. You will not be disappointed.
