Very friendly and attentive welcome and introduction to the property, and they also sent a message to check everything was ok. Property itself is very pleasant, clean, spacious, comfortable, and with everything I needed for my stay. Some nice touches on arrival such as milk, breakfast cereals, croissants, etc.

Clean, modern and safe. Well maintained and excellent communication with the host. Will definitely be back when I need to stay overnight for work- very convenient for parking and accessing the centre and university.

Location was great and it was tastefully presented.
The host was very welcoming.
The bed not only was jammed against the wall on one side, it was cheap and uncomfortable (you can feel the base through the thin mattress). This property commands a premium price so expectations are high. Therefore it was disappointing that the pillows and the bedding were obviously cheap and of very poor quality.
