Séjour fantastique chez notre hôte Maria qui est très accueillante, rayonnante et hyper agréable. Elle nous a donné de bons conseils pour le séjour. L'appartement est vraiment vraiment très joli et surtout impeccable a 200% ! Véritablement plus propre qu'un logement neuf et vraiment très bien équipé, Magnifique !! Tout était vraiment parfait choisir sans hésiter pour une excursion a parme ou dans la province.

Il soggiorno è stato semplicemente perfetto! La casa, accogliente e pulitissima, è attrezzata per ogni esigenza e completa di tutti i comfort, ci è sembrato di essere a casa nostra. I proprietari gentili e molto disponibili, ci hanno fornito informazioni sulla città e lasciato caffè e alcuni prodotti per il nostro soggiorno. Una menzione speciale per i carinissimi addobbi natalizi che manifestano la cura e l'attenzione per i dettagli degli host della casa. Posizione strategica, vicino al centro, ambiente caldo e accogliente, non potevamo fare scelta migliore.

Appartamento pulitissimo ,curato nei minimi dettagli,accogliente ,bello ,ottima posizione .c' è tutto quello di cui si ha bisogno .tra i pochi in cui mi sono sentita davvero a casa..i proprietari,gente perbene,disponibile ,accogliente ,mi hanno accontentata nelle mie richieste e sono felice di aver soggiornato i miei 3 giorni a parma in questa struttura .sarei rimasta un mese ... Grazie e sicuramente ci ritornerò ,la consiglio perché difficilmente di trova una struttura così .pulita. eccellente ,host eccellenti.

Empfehlung für Aufenthalt in Parma

sehr gute Ausstattung (Küche haben wir nicht benutzt), Lage an einer Hauptstraße aber dennoch ruhig, Weg zum Zentrum fußläufig machbar in etwa 20 Minuten, bequeme Betten. Café zum Frühstücken um die Ecke, alles sehr gepflegt und sauber

Sehr stylische bequeme saubere Wohnung, wo alles was man braucht drin war. Die Besetzerin hat sehr lieb sich im Voraus darüber informiert, wie viele Frauen kommen, damit sogar dafür alles vorhanden ist. Kann jedem nur empfehlen! Wir waren begeistert.

Super gemütlich Wohnung! Wir sind sehr zufrieden 😀

Super tolle Matratzen! Wir waren zwei Wochen in Italien zu viert unterwegs und zum ersten Mal alle vier gut schlafen können. Die Gastgeber sind super freundlich! Die Wohnung ist zwar klein, aber sehr gemütlich und wirklich sehr gut ausgestattet. Man ist zu Fuß in 15 Minuten in der Altstadt.

Der Viertel ist eigentlich sehr ruhig, aber im Haus selbst von der Straße aus ist ein kleiner Laden, wo man wetten kann. So haben wir es ebenfalls verstanden. Draußen standen und saßen immer so komische Typen. Unser Eingang war an der Seite und der Hof durch das Tor abgeriegelt. Wir haben uns sicher gefühlt, aber etwas komisch beim vorbeigehen.

Un'ottima base per visitare Parma

Posizione abbastanza vicina al centro, noi visto che comunque il parcheggio è a pagamento ci siamo avvicinati un po' al centro per girare poi molto a piedi. L'appartamento è dotato di ogni comfort, i proprietari molto disponibili.

Locale accogliente, nuovo, pulitissimo, con gli elettrodomestici tanto utili: frigo, fornetto, due TV, macchina del caffè. Pentole, posate e tutto il resto, non manca nulla . Riscaldamento ottimo. Un bel bagno grande con due grandi finestre, tanto luminoso e anche l'appartamento è tanto luminoso. Zona giorno separata dalla zona notte. Materasso e cuscini ottimi Zona tranquilla e comoda sia che si arrivi a Parma con la macchina sia che si arrivi in treno E poi... gentilezza e disponibilità della proprietaria, la Signora Maria Pia
