It should be mentioned that the apartment is on a fourth floor and the bedroom one more flight up and no elevator.

Lovely apartment and friendly host

The location was very good, the host was easy to contact and very helpful and gave us some very good recommendations for restaurants in the area which were very good. The apartment was clean and cosy, with one bedroom (sofa bed and futton) being downstairs and the master bedroom being upstairs. We stayed as a family of 5 for 1 night with paid parking available 3 mins walk from the apartment. The kitchen was well equiped. Would recommend.

The sponge by the kitchen sink should have been new.

ArtDesign Apartment was a great place to stay to explore Parma for a few days. It is really spacious had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. The location is ideal for walking to Parma’s many attractions. Matteo was very helpful and quick to respond to our queries. We would definitely stay here when in Parma again.

Compleanno a Parma

L'appartamento è a meno di 5 min. a piedi dalla stazione dei treni, e in altri soli 5 minuti si è nella via principale del centro! Accogliente è dire poco, Matteo ci ha fatto trovare un bel calduccio non indifferente, abbiamo apprezzato davvero tanto. Ci ha anche consigliato ottimi posti in cui mangiare e li avremmo volentieri provati tutti se fossimo rimasti più tempo, un motivo in più per tornare! Sono stati 3 giorni veramente rilassanti e ci siamo sentiti super coccolati. Grazie Matteo per la pulizia impeccabile, la gentilezza e la disponibilità ci siamo sentiti proprio come a casa!

die Unterkunft ist konfortabel und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. das Schlafzimmer ist auf einer höheren Ebene, man gelangt in das Schlafzimmer durch eine schmale Treppe. Wir fanden das toll, für Menschen mit eingeschränkter Mobilität könnte es problematisch sein. Matteo ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Bei Problemen oder Fragen ist er sehr gut erreichbar und flexibel. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Ottima soluzione per visitare Parma

L'appartamento è molto interessante, curato, pulito. Situato su due piani e ben organizzato, rispecchia quanto letto nelle altre recensioni.Stessa cosa vale per il Signor Matteo, persona squisita, disponibile, educata e cordiale, pronto a risolvere qualunque problematica e a consigliare il meglio per una visita nella stupenda Parma. L'appartamento, ottimo per famiglie, si trova a tre minuti da un parcheggio coperto e in una posizione invidiabile a pochi minuti dal centro storico.

Schön renovierter und praktisch gelegener Altbau

Außergewöhnlich liebevoll und sorgfältig renovierter Altbau. Praktische Lage. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet und nicht überladen. Gutes Badezimmer mit kleiner Waschmaschine. Die kleine Treppe (ganz nach oben) dürfte übergewichtige Menschen - zumal mit großen und schweren Koffern - vor gewisse Herausforderungen stellen, an sich aber kein Problem. Erfreulich sind der persönliche Check-in und die Tatsache, dass die Steuernummer gut lesbar an der Tür aufgedruckt ist (wie in Italien vorgeschrieben). Die Begleiterin lobt den sehr sympathischen Kontakt mit dem Betreiber, der sehr hilfreich und gewissenhaft agierte. Parkieren kann man für 13 Euro/24h im Parkhaus „Duc“ in der Nähe. Empfehlung!

Schöne Wohnung in runtergekommenem Haus.

Die Wohnung an sich war schön, der Gastgeber sehr freundlich

Das Haus, in dem sich die Wohnung befindet ist in schlechtem Zustand. Unten hausen Personen in einem verlassenen Geschäft. Treppenhaus sehr dunkel, extrem schmale alte Steintreppe, sieht baufällig aus. Auch wenn das Haus 150 Jahre alt ist, könnte es gepflegter sein. An den Fenstern nisten Tauben.

Un appartamento molto spazioso dotato di ogni comfort in pieno centro a Parma. Matteo è stato di una gentilezza e disponibilità incredibile.

Moltissime scale, una anche per accedere alla camera, che non avevo compreso ci fossero dalla descrizione (forse anche per mia mancanza)
