Lovely apartment in a perfectly central location.
This is a beautiful, well appointed apartment that is a two minute walk from the Duomo and Baptistery. There are many fine restaurants very close by and a gourmet grocery store is only a 10 minute walk away. Our host met us at the apartment shortly after we arrived and had good recommendations for restaurants and show us the location of the gourmet grocery. When I visit Parma again this will be the first place I will look too see if it is available.

Great location only a block from the cathedral
Very good value and great location in the center of the old town only a block from the cathedral. The street is a walking street with very little traffic on the surrounding streets. The bed was comfy and the air conditioner cooled the living room well. The washer was nice and the drying rack useful.
The single air conditioner is in the hallway across from the living room, and it did not cool the bedroom very well. I would have liked a fan to circulate air to the bedroom. The kitchen chairs were a bit unstable.

Perfect choice for a business or family trip
Perfect location for business and leisure. A clean, elegantly decorated, recently renovated, well stocked apartment. More than enough to host a family. Staff responded to our requests/questions immediately. Parking not available (as common in Italy) but parking options available (e.g. Toschi) within a few minutes walk.

La struttura si trova praticamente al centro di Parma. Ad un passo dal Duomo. Il rapporto qualità prezzo era eccezionale. Mi sono sentito a casa. La cura dei dettagli era sopra la media. Se tornassi a Parma cercherei di tornare in questo appartamento da Amelia e Matteo. Locatori che hanno sempre risposto alle mie domande facendomi sentire un VIP.
