Good location but small room

The location was great, the room very clean and the bed comfortable. The AC worked well.

The room was a bit small and you could hear people enter and noise from the corridor.

The aesthetic aspect was mostly good. The practical could be a little better.

The bed was comfortable and the shower was fun and pretty. The garden/patio area was nice. The communication with the person in charge was great! It was slightly farther from the historic center than I'd expected but still walking distance if you are used to walking a fair bit.

The low beams on the far end of the bed. The 3flights of stairs. Someone coming in while we were out and changing one of the 2 large bath towels for 2 or 3 hand towels.. A lift would make it easier to get the luggage up and a microwave, 2 reusable real cups, bowls, forks and knives would be helpful too. I would add a list of good near by eateries like the Artaj or the Gelateria Romana.

Ok for a brief stopover.

The location was in a nice quiet and safe neighborhood. Access to an outdoor shared garden area Nice that the windows open for fresh air

Our room on the ground floor had stairs to the next apartment which was occupied- it sounded like they were sharing the room with us - very close and can hear everything they were doing. You could charge more and sell the two units as one (living room downstairs and bedroom upstairs) for more comfort. Room was very small, bed was small and pillows in poor condition.

Nice apartment room. Bed was comfortable. Was pretty easy to check in and check out. Good location - only around 10 minutes from the centre.

Bathroom, in particular the shower, was very strange with see through glass and a raised platform. Definitely one of the strangest bathroom lay-outs I have come across. Lots of stairs so ask for a ground floor room if you have any mobility issues.

After a good clean, this is a great place to stay to visit Parme.

Ideal location only a few minutes walk into the historic district. Quiet side street just off main access road. Big room with great facilities. Easy but safe self check in and out. Comfortable beds. Good communication with host.

It wasn’t clean. More attention to the cleaning is required. There is no parking and you cannot even park temporarily outside the building to drop luggage, however there are parking spaces on adjacent street 1€50 per hour

Lovely stay close to city center.

Lovely appartment / room that we got in Parma. 10-15 minute walk to the city center. Nothing we‘ve missed for our one night stay.

Nothing to complain but some tips/mentions. May check the bed, as it makes some squeaky noises when turning around at night. May check for a water block / water proof for the shower, as if you open water sometimes it splashes around the bathroom were no drain was built in. Just a tip, if you have customers that dont care much.

Great location with only a short 5 mins walk to the centre. Not many apartments were occupied when we were there,so the place was quiet. I loved the early morning birdsong and church bells to wake to. Lovely place.

Cosy comfort stay in beautiful Parma

Was in nice and quiet neighbourhood, but still near the main sightseeing and close to local shoppingmall and supermarket. Also close to a super delicious glutenfree pizzeria petitot was a big plus if you have gluten allergies

The neighbours above/near the room were quite noisy in the evening and our room was next to the entrance, so we could hear who were entering, but in the night it was quiet. The bed are a bit small for people taller than 2 meters, but comfy

Good location is nearby old town by foots.

Non stop noise from all over the place. During the afternoon, it seemed to do construction work. At night, do not know who lived upstairs or next door. We kept hearing someone walking around the wood floor with high shoes until midnight. And early morning, people talked loudly from upstairs. It was bit annoying ! Meanwhile, the bed also made noise when we go to bed. Besides the noise problem, the place is clean and location is good.

Parma 1 night stay

.We were given instructions on how to enter the Apartment, without having to wait/meet with the owner. I felt like in an Escape room. It was VERY FUN!!! Close to the train station, and city centre. Clean, kitchen well-equipped.

The location was good. The room and the facilites were clean and well air-conditioned.

The photos of the room on Booking.com are not truthful. They clearly shows two separate sleeping areas and two different beds. Actualy we found two beds in one room and the beds were literally side-by-side. There were 3 of us: 1 couple + 1 single. It was 6:30 PM when we discorver that. We had immediately start to look for an external accommodation for the third guest (obviously he could not stay overnight in the same room with us). Not only the extra unexpected cost for the third guest, but having to organize everything quickly for the night was the worst thing. I think that the photos must be clearly show the actual layout of the room!

new nice and modern apartment with beautiful terrace in backyard. access to room was send in advance before arrival. all clean and prepared for our visit. apartment with small kitchen and all inventory you could need. 10 minutes walk to city center.
