If I visit Parma again I’ll definitely come back to the hotel

The hotel is located in a quiet area 15 walking minutes away from the city center. A digital key is opening all the doors and there is free parking right next to the hotel. The room was clean and cozy, separate shower cabin. Our host was perfect, she was very helpful and gave us good tips on where to go in the city

Clean, modern and accessible

Location was handy. Parking was safe and affordable for only Euro 5, and the apartment was clean. Once we figured out the electronic keys, it was great. Bathroom was very nice.

The apartment was small. Hard to fit two open suitcases on the floor and still navigate around the bed. Would recommend suitcase racks.

Great location - amazing host!

The property is located ideally close to the train station and the sound insulation is very good so you don’t hear anything from the nearby trains. The apartment is very clean and fitted out with modern appliances. The biggest asset though is the host Oksana. She was incredibly help- and thoughtful throughout our stay and provided us with great tips as well as overall support and help. Would absolutely recommend this property.

Incredibly convenient and homey stay a stones throw from the old centre.

Very homey apartment with lots of great basic amenities (incl great coffee and amazing hairdryer!). The air con was efficient. Plenty of space in the room. Quirky cosy decor. Super clean and well thought through. Loved our in-person contact so hard to imagine how a regular contactless stay would have been. Parking was safe, secure, very close and best of all - free!

The shower needed some attention - not great pressure on the bigger shower head (second one worked perfectly) and some mould on the flooring outside. Would have been nice to have the WiFi information in the room.

+ Very comfortable and clean rooms + We chose it specifically because of the offered independent check-in, as we were not sure when we'll arrive. Everything worked as expected + Although we had no immediate communication with the manager, he sent us all details through phone messages, while being very friendly and eager to help with any requests we had.

- It is to be expected, but because it is very close to the train station, there is some noise also during the night. However, this was not a huge issue, as it did not disrupt our sleep.

All about the property was as described and Oksana was expecting us. She was most helpful and caring. She even recommended us very good restaurant and the meal was excellent. Apartment has a private parking and it is very close to the city centre (10 min.).

Breakfast consisted only 1 coffee and 1 croissant in a café near the apartment.

All about the property was as described and Oksana the lovely owner was expecting us - although she had perfectly explained before to us- even for a late arrival. She was most helpful and caring. She even offered us a larger room.

Lovely quiet small apartment with all the comforts. Very close to the train station and 10 min walk to the city. Alessandro was extremely helpful and communication was great.

Fantastic hosts with excellent clean centralised B&B with very high quality finishings.

Alessandro and Nina were very kind friendly hosts who met us when we arrived (lost, cannot find the building). He simply walked up to my car and proceeded to guide me to the B&B and also the secured parking (9 Eur per night with reservation needed). Room was very nice but we were unsure whether it was the Suite or the Studio (Booking.com upgraded us from Studio to Suite because of our credit status but we are unsure we got the Suite). However, the room was very nice, clean and comfortable nevertheless. We are very grateful to Alessandro and Nina. Hosts were very friendly and very professional and efficient with the logistics (all high tech) and peronsalised recommendations to 2 excellent restaurants and Parmaschinken shop. Later they also recommended Fidenza Village for us to visit onroute back north. A great experience and very nice hosts.

Perfect appartement for two

Very good communication, great suggestions for dinner. First the system to check in sounds complicated but actually the description is so good that it’s actually very simple. Every request was accepted and orginised very fast.

Location very conveninet for the purpose of the visit. Near to centre and railway station. Cappuccino and croissant provided at the nearby caffee as breakfast. Electronic key systems for accessing the premise is very handy. All was exactly as in the picture. Perfect fit for the purpose of my visit to Parma
