Sehr freundlich und nett, alles vorhanden hier vom Parkplatz über Küche und Utensilien super gelegen Central direkt in der Stadt und auch nur kurze Weg zum Bahnhof

Utilizzata per una giornata in giro per Parma in posizione comoda,non so perchè ma ho avuto un po di problemi con il navigatore la prima volta per trovare l'accesso,poi risolto .
Forse nel bagno un aspiratore non sarebbe male,c'è una piccola finestra ma serve a poco

Direi tutto perfetto, sopratutto la biancheria aveva un profumo di pulito eccezionale.
L'ingresso è un po' particolare, da migliorare.

Location was good with close by amenities. We are also very appreciative that the host allowed us an early entry.
Without a manual for the property, it was difficult to utilise the amenities to the fullest capacity - eg heating. A manual would be helpful for future guests. There was also an unpleasant smell in the bathroom and kitchen area,possibly a sewerage smell, which impacted our stay. The entry was also very uninviting as you had to walk through a very neglected corridor to get to the stairs to the apartment.
