Could be hard to sleep at night, because of two pubs downstairs, but earplugs helps to fix the situation. 👏

Location-we walked everywhere easily, comfortable beds, nice kitchen

Tiny thing-shower pressure and beware the apartment is on the third floor so be ready for some stairs

Great location. Basic accommodations but spacious and clean. Host was responsive.

VERY LOUD - across street from a bar. People singing until 2 am on Sat and 11 pm on Sunday.

Tutto perfetto

L'appartamento è fornito di tutto ciò che è in descrizione e anche di più. Abbiamo gradito una bottiglia d'acqua in frigo all'arrivo, il caffè per tutti i giorni in cui siamo stati lì tovaglioli di carta, sale, zucchero e thè,i tappi per le orecchie (poiché di fronte c'è un birrificio, ma credo ci sia rumore solo nel weekend). La posizione è centrale e vicinissima alla Pilotta, con una bellissima vista. Consigliatissimo per famiglie con bambini!

Ci vorrebbe qualche appendino in più in bagno, anche se con le asciugamani di diversi colori non ci si confonde

Appartement central et agréable mais très bruyant

- emplacement central avec vue sur la place - appartement spacieux - literie de bonne qualité

- bar étudiants juste en dessous de l’appartement : bien vivant jusqu’à 2 à 3h du matin. Stefania propose gentiment des bouchons d’oreilles : les voix joyeuses et la musique rythmée restent toutefois bien présentes. Appartement plutôt adapté à ceux qui veulent profiter de la vie nocturne de Parme !

Lage ideal, jedoch nichts für Lärmempfindliche Gäste

Perfekte Lage in die gesamte Stadt.

Vis-vis der Wohnung ist ein Restaurant/Bar und die Gäste stehen/trinken vielfach draussen auf der Gasse. Daher so bis um 02:00h grosser Geräuschpegel. Ohrstöpsel sind ein Muss!
