Beautiful comfortable apartment with a great location for families. Lisa was very helpful, friendly and responsive. The toiletries provided was amazing and thoughtful. The apartment was tastefully decorated.
The bed and pillows were a little lumpy and uncomfortable.

Nothing really. A vacuum would have been nice, since we own a dog and we like to clean up a bit before we leave.
