Bad smell and lots of mold

Location was fine and convenient to the train station; it was easy to check in and get keys.

Very strange smell in the apartment. There is one window in the apartment that opens to the internal stairwell; the window that faces out opens a couple of inches only, so there is no way to air out the apartment to get rid of the smell. There is so much mold in the bathroom around the windows, and also some around the bedroom window as well.

Good location and a good stay

Clean good location and facilities were ok.

Hot plate was tricky to use had to hold the plug in the socket to maintain an electric connection. The air conditioning was noisy and no blind on the roof window meant we were up with the sun at 6am. Don’t recommend this place for anyone over 5ft as the ceiling is so low multiple times I hit my head walking around the room.

Not clean, not intended to be a room to stay

Location

Very difficult to communicate with the owner. The apartment is not clean (blood on a towel was found). It’s a tiny attic, wouldn’t stay again there

Terrible

Close to the railway station.

It’s not really a hotel, just a room inside an old residential building, and it’s very difficult to find — you can’t even locate it by searching the name on Google Maps. The room itself is extremely outdated, and as soon as we opened the door, there was a strong moldy smell. There’s only one very small window facing the hallway, so there’s barely any ventilation. The toilet seemed partially clogged — when you flush, the water rises first before slowly going down. On top of that, the water heater makes loud noises every few minutes, which seriously affected our sleep. At €70 per night, it’s definitely not cheap for Parma, but the experience was absolutely terrible — without a doubt the worst place I’ve ever stayed.

Good to get to know Parma quickly

The room was well equiped. The check in was easy to do via whatsapp. It had Air conditioning and a little fridge

The room is in the last floor, so the angle of the roof is annoying. Also the bed was unconfortable.

it was dirty apartment with a lot of dust everywhere . In the bathroom and in the room you can see a lot of mold. what causes asthma and allergies. the windows were also dirty. if you are tall this room is not for you. ceilings are very low. this apartment found on the last floor without elevator. the stairs are very high and narrow. it’s difficult to up with luggage. the landlord doesn’t respond on your messages. he is telling you one thing but then he doesn’t want to do it. in the last minute he changed his mind and put you in the difficult situation. he doesn’t want to resolve any problems in the apartment. so it’s your duty. he doesn’t know who is coming and for how many days. in this street you found a lot of Africans and Arabs. the price is a little bit high for such apartment. so I don’t advise you to stay here

Would not book again!

The room itself was clean.

We books two of the available apartments. The apartment itself was fine, the building was in very poor condition, bordering on falling apart, with broken walls, doors and windows. While close to the city centre, the location did not feel safe, especially for young women. The apartment was on the last floor and our only access was a very steep staircase which was right next to a big drop. The wi-fi did not work. Even with the cooking equipment provided, cooking was made very difficult by the constant power outages triggered by simply turning on the stove (on medium heat!) despite having turned off everything else in the apartment (TV, AC, lights, fridge, etc.). These outages made it so we had to go down multiple flights of stairs alone, at night, as the electrical board was near the entrance. This happened 3 times in the span of 10 minutes. The AC, although functioning, had a weird smell. The ceiling was low; we weren’t able to stand in one of the bathrooms.

Clean room At the city center

The apartment building was very old- very dirty and had a lot of noise from the lower apartment . (They speaking loud until late and again from 6:00in the morning too many People) The bathroom was too ceiling so we have to be careful every time .Never stand up. It had not window or ventilation at all. No elevator. And it was at the fourth floor.

La posizione è molto comoda, vicino al centro/parco del palazzo ducale. La presenza di un punto cottura è comoda ma va ancora migliorata (ad esempio mancano il sale, le spatole, lo strofinaccio, le pattine). La doccia è abbastanza comoda, la porta fa un filo fatica a chiudersi ma l'acqua è calda e la pressione è buona. L'asciugacapelli ha una buona potenza, a differenza di quelli che di solito si trovano in hotel. In generale l'appartamento si presenta come un buon compromesso tra comodità ed economicità. Ha sicuramente delle pecche da migliorare (vedi lati negativi). Credo sia una buona soluzione per chi viaggia da solo (con anche un soggiorno di più notti) ma la mia opinione (ed esperienza) è che risulti scomodo per chi viaggia in coppia (direi che va bene giusto per una o due notti, non di più). La zona in generale è tranquilla, non abbiamo avuto problemi di rumori esterni. Il proprietario è disponibile e risponde in fretta.

L'appartamento si trova al 4 piano senza ascensore, non un problema per noi ma immagino che per altri possa esserlo. La finestra sopra al letto e la finestra in bagno sono circondate da muffa nera (non poca). La porta del bagno è presente ma non ha un "gancio" nel muro, quindi non si chiude realmente, inoltre, essendo una porta a soffietto, è come inesistente e si sente tutto (anche un colpo di tosse). In bagno è presente una seconda finestra apribile ma è posizionata troppo in alto e non si riesce a raggiungere, impedendo quindi la corretta ventilazione. L'ultimo giorno, ci siamo accorti di un buco nelle travi del soffitto, "chiuso" con un sacchetto di plastica. Abbiamo avuto difficoltà con la quantità di luce al mattino siccome proprio sopra al letto è presente una finestra che non ha però la tenda. Quando siamo arrivati abbiamo trovato le coperte sporche di peli e capelli altrui, abbiamo contattato il proprietario che in giornata ha provveduto a fornirci una trapunta pulita. P.s. suggerirei al proprietario di installare sul muro del bagno un sostegno per il rotolo di carta igienica

Carina per alloggi brevi

Pulizia e letto comodo e caldo (dicembre)

L'altezza del bagno, se si è abbastanza alti, è un po' scomodo, come anche lo specchio del lavandino messo troppo in basso (mo sono truccata allo specchio in fianco al letto). Ma è una mansarda, quindi è comprensibile.

Quale soggiorno?

Attendo ancora la risposta su di un cambio data. Bastava rispondere negativamente, ma almeno una risposta sarebbe stata gradita. Sapevo che non era obbligato a farlo ma dopo una chiamata chiuso in fretta per mandarmi su whatsapp per poi non rispondermi lo trovato per lo meno scortese.

Nulla da recriminare, in virtù del costo davvero economico. Per me, onesto ed accettabile.

il costo, modesto. L'alloggio, era allineato al costo. Non pessimo, non eccellente.

Diciamo che i lavori di adattamento sono stati fatti al rigoroso risparmio. Il lucernaio... non è apribile, il giro d'aria arriva da una finestrina sul vano scale. L'impianto elettrico è peggio che economico: prolunghe e ciabatte posate sul pavimento, non c'è neppure un interruttore per far funzionare le uniche luci della stanza raggiungibile dal letto: bisogna alzarsi ed andare fino all'ingresso. Sono stati risparmiati anche i pochi metri quadri di cartongesso sul soffitto della parte bassa del sottotetto, i paraspigoli delle piastrelle sono stati risparmiati.. tutto per risparmi irrisori. Lo stesso a livello di stoviglie, di scolapiatti ecc. Non ho idea dell'isolamento, e quindi dell'effetto.. "soffocamento serra" d'estate, posto che le altezze sono molto o estremamente modeste, e manca una vera finestra o affaccio sull'esterno. Non ci sono istruzioni per nulla: dalla spazzatura al parcheggio, al funzionamento della piastra ad induzione (che di mio non possiedo) a quello del telecomando condizionatore; sarebbe gentile mettere ad esempio delle indicazioni per i mezzi (n°, orari, frequenze) per andare in centro, o indicazioni per i supermercati. Ecc

Cortesia professionalità e organizzazione. L'idea delle location di sfruttare una soffitta creando ambienti essenziali ma estremamente confortevole ben posizionato in città e stata davvero forte.

Essendo al quarto piano senza ascensore, è comodo se non si hanno valigie grandi. La nostra mansarda era poco sfruttabile per via del tetto veramente basso, per metà bisognava andare carponi. L' asciugacapelli non funzionava.

Goede locatie, dat was het.

Het lag op een goede locatie, vlakbij een grote parkeergarage. Je loopt binnen 3 minuten op het grote plein van Parma.

De ruimte is vrij klein en de balken zijn heel laag. Zelfs iemand van 1.60 stoot met gemak zijn hoofd. Het toilet trekt niet fatsoenlijk door, waardoor je met onaangename achterblijfselen te dealen hebt. Instructies voor inchecken zijn heel onduidelijk, na bellen konden we naar binnen. Contact met de eigenaar was niet mega positief.
