This was our first extended stay in Parma. It is convenient for day trips via the train. The food is great. The city

The location was perfect! Right in the center city close to everything. It was very clean and comfortable. The host, Francesca, was amazing! Helpful, responsive, patient. We have been to Italy many times..all over. I couldn’t recommend her higher. We look forward to staying at one of her properties again.

Fantastic, Centrally Located Must Stay Here Apartmemt!

The apartment was very well located at the end of Via del Cavour, near great sites, restaurants, shopping, everything. The apartment was well decorated, comfortably furnished, clean & spacious. Francesca was great in communicating, allowed us to check in early, met us at the apartment to show us everything. She even booked us a taxi when I asked for help so we could go to a local dairy farm to take a tour of how the famous Parmigiano Reggiano cheese was made. I highly recommend you doing this. We also lucked out at last minute to get 2 tickets in an opera box to a choral group, soprano and symphonic concert at the beautiful theatre. The ticket was discounted to only 20 euros each and that was a really memorable experience! All in all, we loved our stay in Francesca’s apartment and Parma.

Very comfortable and well equipped apartment. Very attractive furnishings and decorating. Host provided lots of usefUl information. Absolutley great location. Ten minute walk from the train station, at the end of the main shopping, strolling street, close to the opera house and excellent restaurants and grocery. You will like this apartment S.

Appartement super agréable

Appartement très spacieux et lumineux, situé en plein centre ville (à 2 minutes à pied du Duomo) mais cependant très calme. Très bien équipé (lave-linge + lave-vaisselle) et très propre. Lit confortable. Climatisation performante. Propriétaire charmant, parlant parfaitement le français. Garage fermé proposé par le propriétaire à 200 mètres à pied de l'appartement et pour un coût modique (10€ par jour).

Das geschmackvoll eingerichtete Apartment und vor allem die liebevolle und sehr hilfsbereite Gastgeberin! Und natürlich die gesicherte Garage in der Nähe.

Leider gibt es nur einen schachtartigen Innenhof in dem die Mülltonnen stehen und sich der Aufzugschacht befindet. Daher ist es manchmal etwas laut. Aber immerhin kann man den Himmel sehen!
