Very convenient to bus station. Had everything we needed for a one night stay.
Location was 5 minutes walk from the bus station which was very convenient as we had an early bus to catch. Had tea, coffee, milk, some cakey biscuit things for breakfast. Had everything we needed for a 1 night stay.
Musty smell throughout the building that was masked in the flat by air fresheners but didn't really cover it up.

Very, very bad communication with the host. Didn't answer any of my messages on Booking, WhatsApp or even phone calls until one day before reservation. I was even reconsidering canceling my trip and even contacted Booking customer service.

Cambio alloggio senza alcun avvertimento
Siamo arrivate all’indirizzo della prenotazione all’orario di arrivo comunicato tramite l’app. Non avendo ricevuto informazioni abbiamo contattato l’host per accedere all’appartamento e, senza spiegazioni, ci è stato detto di aspettare. Ci hanno poi contattato su whatsapp, dicendo che avevano avuto un problema all’alloggio da noi prenotato, e ci hanno mandato la posizione di un alloggio sostitutivo. Arrivati all’indirizzo da loro fornito abbiamo dovuto contattarli più volte per accedere.
L’appartamento non è risultato al livello di quello da noi prenotato per servizi e posizione. Era infatti distante dalla posizione dell’appartamento prenotato, non presentava parcheggio gratuito e il terzo posto letto era un divano letto e non era stato neanche preparato.
Non abbiamo ottenuto il rimborso per la differenza di qualità dell’alloggio

Posso dire solamente che la stanza era pulita. L' appartamento caldo e il letto comodo.
La struttura esterna è in cattive condizioni.
L' entrata della palazzina è fatiscente, scale e muri sono sporche e piene di polvere e ragnatele , crepe e pittura staccata dai muri. Senza ascensore, ma dipende dai casi dei singoli viaggiatori. C'è il parcheggio,ma per un auto medio-grande è difficoltoso parcheggiare. Il primo parcheggio è difficoltoso è utilizzabile solo da auto piccole, ma comunque si deve aprire il cancello entrare con l'auto, richiudere il cancello per poter accedere al posto auto. L' appartamento si vede che sono stati fatti dei lavori diciamo alla buona per renderla presentabile.il bagno rifatto alla buona, la pressione dell' acqua era poca. Il tubo della doccia era attaccato con il nastro isolante nero. Potrei continuare .... La cucina non l'abbiamo utilizzata, era presente una piccola colazione offerta da loro, numero 3 merendine, una bottiglia d'acqua, delle capsule penso di caffè in un raccoglitore in metallo ma senza scritte quindi non so se effettivamente era solo caffè. Delle bustine di thè in un cestino. Dei barattoli aperti e già utilizzati di caffè, orzo e Miele. Dovevamo soggiornare 2 notti, siamo stati solo una notte, solo perché siamo arrivati Verso le 21 di sera e non potevamo andare da qualche altra parte. Abbiamo fatto il check out prima delle ore 10 , il mattino seguente e riferito all' host della partenza anticipata. Chiesto il rimborso allo staff di booking, della Giornata mancante, l'host ha rifiutato. L'host : lo abbiamo chiamato la mattina del primo giorno riferendo dell'orario d'arrivo, ma ci ha liquidato in 30 secondi, per poi comunicare solo tramite whatsapp. Ovviamente non si è fatto mai vedere. Quando abbiamo avvertito della partenza ha iniziato a chiamare. Ovviamente non ho risposto, perché penso per educazione come ti trattano così tratti.

Struttura molto vicina alla stazione, pulita, ben riscaldata, confortevole.
Camera spaziosa. Bagno con tutto il necessario.
Cucina abbastanza attrezzata (mancava solo una teglia per poter utilizzare il forno) con piccola colazione gentilmente offerta dai proprietari.
Consigliata.
Il cortile interno dove ci sono i posti auto disponibili è molto stretto, purtroppo non siamo riusciti ad utilizzarlo perché la nostra macchina non ci sarebbe stata insieme a quelle già parcheggiate.
Nella zona giorno si potrebbe aggiungere un divano perché oltre al tavolo da pranzo non ci sono altre sedute disponibili (oltre ai letti).

Veramente carino!!! Posto tranquillo, posto auto e arredamento veramente carino!!! E poi il proprietario veramente disponibile! Qualsiasi dubbio o problema sempre reperibile!
E poi carinissimo ci ha anche preparato la colazione!
