very dirty , very disgusting , disgustingly filthy apartment , they are not ashamed to rent such a dirty apartment , theft , you stay in the dirty apartment with your money , the kitchen is so dirty , the bathroom is so dirty . kitchen materials are oily, shower people over 50 kg, absolutely cannot take a shower. Very noisy, uncomfortable apartment

Good

Its location. Near main train station and town center. Fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is big, enough for 4 (which makes you wonder why the shower cabin is so small.)

The shower cabin is TINY. A person wider than 30 cms won't be able to squeeze through its door opening. (Big people, take note!) No shower gel provided. Privacy in bathroom toilet can only be ensured if the blinds are down as when lights are on at night, neighbours on the other side can see what you're doing. Same in the second bedroom. Floor not properly cleaned as my bare feet can attest.

Good

The location is optimal, near the train station, but we were not disturbed by the trains. The city center is very close, one can do everything on foot. The apartment is big and the kitchen is well equipped. We appreciated also the washing-machine and the air-condition.

The cleaning could be done better and deeper.

Voldoende voor budget reizen en kort verblijf.

De locatie. Goede uitvalsbasis voor uitstapjes naar de omgeving. Ook het centrum van Parma was goed beloopbaar. De airco was ook wel ok.

De keuken. Weinig keukengerei. Zelfs de basics waren niet aanwezig. Het bed viel zowat uit elkaar en was mega oud. De veering prikte in je ribben. De douche was echt veel te klein. Ikzelf ben niet groot en ik paste maar net door het deurtje.

La posizione dell'appartamento è buona e la casa era pulita all'arrivo.

Durante il mio soggiorno ho avuto gravi disagi. Venerdì sera c'è stato un blackout prolungato, e il frigorifero ha smesso di funzionare. Il giorno dopo ho trovato tutto il cibo andato a male. Purtroppo il problema non è stato risolto e il frigorifero è rimasto inutilizzabile per il resto del soggiorno. Questo mi ha costretto a mangiare sempre fuori, con spese aggiuntive impreviste. Considerando il disagio vissuto, ritengo opportuno ricevere un rimborso adeguato.

Host gestile e disponibile. Appartamento carino e ben posizionato, avrebbe solo bisogno di un po’ di manutenzione.

Posizione ottima, vicinissima alla stazione e per il centro una passeggiata. Appartamento carino. Host gentilissimo.

Il frigo non si chiudeva bene e aveva tanto ghiaccio. Tavoletta del Water difettosa. Letto e cuscino del letto singolo un po’ scomodo.

Ligging vlakbij centrum heel goed oploopafstand

Locatie prima maar heel moeilijk met auto te bereiken geen aanbeveling voor parkeergarage moesten we zelf gaan zoeken

De douche veel te klein een lang mens kon er nauwelijks in staan en uitkomen
