An amazing two bedroom spacious apartment in the heart of Parma

A beautiful apartment in the heart of Parma. Friendly staff, efficient communication, very clean with all the necessary equipment and appliances. Quite wide selections of food products for breakfast (for this type of accommodation). An underground parking is conveniently located very close to the apartment.

The only negative point I can think of is that the air-conditioning units were a bit loud.

Very nice and tastefully furnished accommodation and a first class hostess. Thank you Vanessa! Nothing is missing, it is very clean and the high-quality windows and shutters make the street almost inaudible and the apartment stays pleasantly cool. We felt very comfortable and would have liked to have stayed longer. Bologna would also be easy to reach from here. We can only recommend it!

A beautiful place to stay in Parma.

Vanessa provided a great variety of food for breakfast and the table was set beautifully. The apartment was absolutely lovely. The hosts were so friendly and the house was immaculately clean.

We couldnt figure out how to use the air conditioning but in the end it was not necessary.

Spacious, clean, well appointed apartment located within easy walking distance to central Parma. Great grocery store one block away. Large balcony, comfortable beds(firm), and very responsive and pleasant apartment manager. easy parking at public garage less than a block from apartment. Apartment well equipped with coffee and breakfast options (yogurt, juice, milk, cereal, granola bars, cookies, Melba toast…). apartment has several Parma resource information.

Main view from balcony is a busy bus station with lots of activity. Parking offsite ($14/day) though easy/convenient. Apartment flanked by two busy roads but apartment is quiet for the most part. there are so many pros to this accommodations that outweigh the few slight disadvantages-which to many would be inconsequential.

Superb

Vanessa remembered my breakfast preferences from the previous stay and made me find anything in line with my desires and beyond. Essentials still were much more than that. When I forgot stuff in the apartment, Vanessa accommodated to allow me to collect it.

I come to Parma for work, sometimes I stay out dinner and I hardly can predict exactly at what time I check in. Having to rely on Vanessa forces my flexibility a bit. On the other hand, she is so pleasant and accommodating that it is more of a psychological thing than and actual problem. Anyway, a self-check in procedure (automatic gate opener and smart box with keys at the entrance) would be preferable.

As comfortable as it gets

Vanessa made sure I had anything I could possibly want for breakfast. As she was aware that I was intolerant to dairy milk, she supplied all sorts of veggie surrogates possible. Granola bars, whole flour bakery products, fresh fruits, juices, and Greek yogurt were also a big plus. Also essentials where SPA-degree with all sorts of original fragrances for specific application (shower gels, hydrating lotions, deodorant, shampoos, conditioners...).

Traveling for business makes checkin time not 100% reliable. Having to meet Vanessa to checkin limited my freedom of movement and my flexibility vis-a-vis my client. It would be great if she found a solution for self-checkin.

A beautifully decorated, very well kept, spacious bright apartment in the heart of Parma just 5 min walk from the train station and short walk to town centre. The hosts are very helpful and really take care of the place

Amazing!! A great stay where you wished you would have booked longer

Just an a-ma-zing stay. The apartment was very very spacious and decorated with a lot of style and class. Vanessa (the host) was very friendly and gave us a lot of recommendations. The location is just perfect, with 5 min walk from the central station, 5 min walk to the city center and 2 min to the nearerst supermarket. Overall, a lovely place to stay. We only stayed 2 nights and were very sad to leave.

The toilet in the master bedroom does not flush properly.

The perfect final stop of our two weeks in Italy!

Everything was incredibly well thought out. Vanessa makes sure you’re stocked with toiletries, towels, snacks, cooking utensils, all the essentials. The space is very large and perfectly located for walking around town and enjoying the view from the balcony. I cannot say enough good about our stay! Perfecto!

It was worth every penny spent.

Everything was provided, including snacks and candy at every spot, different drinks, sanitary towels, body sprays and any other personal effects one could ever need. The house smelled good, host was quite friendly and was waiting to receive us on arrival.

Tout était parfait

Nous avons été très bien accueilli. L’appartement est spacieux, chaque pièce est vraiment bien organisée et d’une propreté irréprochable, sans compter les lits très confortables. Le balcon princier offre une superbe vue. L’emplacement est idéal, à quelques minutes à pieds du centre historique. Les collations qui nous ont été offertes pour le déjeuner étaient très diversifiées. Aussi ils ont être très accommodants pour l’heure d’arrivée et de départ ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Un coup de cœur lors de notre séjour en Italie.
