Perfect location, hospitable hosts, spacious apartments.

Comfy bit loud.

Very comfy beds. Excellent AC. Sofa not comfy. Nice kitchen. Nice bathroom. Good location. Bar next door Loud. Nice washing machine. Very close to all attractions. Very walkable. Two nice regular queen beds. Television nice. Really nice restaurants and grocery store in the Mercado in 2minute walk.

Hot water boiler broke. Owner kept telling me it was fine. So no hot water for 24 hours. Sofa is not comfy at all .lots of young men running about fighting. Running with mask and wine bottles. Saw little law enforcement. 3 rolls of Tp for 5 nights. Fairly loud from bar. Young people out yelling and smoking till all hours.

A very nice and beautiful apartment! Host is friendly and very helpful. She told us there could be quite some noise in the city center, but we had no problems at all. Very thoughtful though that earplugs were put alongside each bed.

The only thing we can think if is that the couch wasn't that comfortable.

The apartment is in the very center, but it may be noisy in the evening (a fact mentioned by the owner when we arrived). The bedrooms are large and AC is available in the apartment.

A larger sofa in the living may be of help, but this is not really a complaint for our stay.

Central, big and clean apartment perfect for a short stay

Very central and close to everyting. The apartment was clean and big. The owners was very kind and helpful.

One of the bedroom window is next to a pub and lots od youth gather here at nights, which may cause a lot of noises

Lovely stay in Parma

I love having a balcony overlooking the city (square).

We stayed two nights, one night we had no issue with the noise, the second night there was lots of music and shouting in front of the apartment (there is a bar).

it was cozy, well equipped. Location was excellent. Host responded quickly.

it was noisy on Saturday night til 3am. There is a popular across the street and a lot of people were outside. You need good earplugs! But it is in the historic center.

Ottima la posizione e il rapporto qualità prezzo. L'oste Stefania è gentilissima e disponibile. Un po' come stare a casa propria.

Un po' rumorosa di notte ma tutto sommato considerando la posizione è un elemento del tutto trascurabile.

Aangenaam verblijf in Parma.

De ligging is perfect. Overal dichtbij. Stefania is een aangenaam persoon voor mee te communiceren en heel ontvankelijk voor berichten. Echter hebben wij haar niet ontmoet en gebeurde alles via whattsapp.

De bedden zijn echt niet oké. Nachtlawaai is heel hinderlijk door de bar recht tegenover.Ook de oordoppen houden dit absoluut niet tegen en al zeker in het weekend niet. Ook zou het aangenaam zijn moest er een zetel aanwezig zijn waar je comfortabel met 4 personen kan inzitten. Het appartement straalt geen gezelligheid uit. Jammer dat de voordeur kapot was en dat er telkens iemand moest boven blijven voor het naar buitengaan om op het knopje van de intercom te drukken.

Bel soggiorno nel cuore della città

L’appartamento è situato in pieno centro, proprio a 2 passi dal palazzo della Pilotta che ospita il meraviglioso teatro Farnese , la biblioteca Palatina e la Galleria Nazionale. A 5 minuti il Duomo , il Battistero il Teatro Regio e le vie dello shopping.

La casa ha spazi ampi e confortevoli. La camera che dà su borgo Paggeria è un po’ rumorosa a causa di un affollato bar proprio nella casa di fronte ma Stefania fornisce i tappi per le orecchie. Il check in è facile e veloce. Stefania è stata molto gentile e disponibile, sempre pronta a rispondere ad ogni richiesta. Appartamento molto consigliato

Für einen kurzen Stadtaufenthalt perfekt!

Perfekte Lage in der Stadt. Unkomplizierte kontaktlose Schlüsselübergabe. Vermieterin war immer problemlos über WhatsApp erreichbar für Fragen oder sonstige Hilfen.

Sehr laut in der Nacht. Gegenüber vom Schlafzimmer befindet sich eine Bar. Wir haben uns mit den Kindern in das hintere etwas leisere Schlafzimmer zum schlafen gelegt.

Nel cuore di Parma

Tutto perfetto, posizione ottima e comoda per spostarsi a piedi per tutta la città. Host super disponibile e gentile. Abbiamo persino dimenticato una cosa in casa e gentilmente ce la spedirà.

Una delle due camere da letto, la principale, è molto rumorosa dato che si affaccia sulla strada dove ci sono locali. La proprietaria ci aveva avvisata e gentilmente ci ha messo a disposizione anche tappi per le orecchie. Non è una cosa che impedisce di scegliere la struttura.

l’appartamento sopra al girone dei dannati

ottima posizione in pieno centro

è posizione sta al primo piano di una vecchia palazzina con sotto un pub che fino alle 3 del mattino si trasforma in un girone dei dannati. impossibile dormire. la poca attenzione ai dettagli, la cucina era sporca con addirittura le marmellatine per la “colazione” già aperte :(
