perfect place for a nightmare. to avoid in all possible ways. never book this place

it was very clean

no hot water. located in a very noisy area. they forgot to give us towels. at night we could not wash and take a shower. in the morning the hot water did not work. they don’t accept credit cards. payments only in cash

Pas d’espace commun et petite cuisine sous équipée (petit frigo défectueux). Appartement de colocation étudiante. Baignoire douche vétuste avec robinetterie défaillante et très peu de débit. Pas de wifi, pas de climatisation, électricité vétuste

La disponibilità e l’ampiezza delle camere

Abbiamo dovuto preparare i letti una volta giunti in struttura - e se arrivi stanco non è davvero una bella cosa. Purtroppo mancava completamente il resto della biancheria: siamo stati lasciati senza asciugamani, ma soprattutto non siamo stati avvisati, inoltre abbiamo dovuto lavorare di ingegno per far partire la caldaia….

Soggiorno accettabile, ma un po' caro.

Il proprietario è persona gentile e disponibile. La casa è ampia, così come lo sono le camere, niente da dire su questo.

Il prezzo era veramente elevato in considerazione che: abbiamo avuto molto freddo (spesso uscendo sul balcone, era più caldo che in casa, dove ovviamente ancora i riscaldamenti non erano accesi per motivi di stagione); nel bagno non c'era nemmeno il phon e gli asciugamani andavano chiesti prima (questa è stata una nostra pecca perchè c'era scritto, ma non immaginavamo perchè non ci era mai capitato di trovare solo un telo doccia e nessun asciugamano, per 4 persone). COMUNQUE NEL COMPLESSO SUFFICIENTE.
