It's ok but the strong artificial smell and bathroom were not great

Very close to the bus stop and the beds are comfortable

The cleaning products give off a strong artificial smell. The shower doesn't get very hot and the toilet wasn't fully assembled (they said they would fix it after). And the place isn't in a very nice part of town although it's not too far from the center by bus.

Host needs to improve locker information

The only good thing is Free parking

It took us to reach the person an hour, she didn’t reply messages and didn’t answer calls for an hour , had to contact booking.com customer service and have to wait another 45 min to be able to get keys from her, when she reached us instead of apologising she said it was ok and normal to wait another hour outside the property. Unacceptable behaviour

It was ok for one night when breaking up a journey

It was clean. Provided coffee pods which was handy.

Sofa bed was very uncomfortable. Aircon wasn’t very effective. Couldn’t connect to the wifi at all and host wasn’t responding when messaged about it. Key was in the wrong place when we arrived and we had to wait outside in 33 degree heat with a 4 year old waiting for the host to get us the key. We parked where instructed to but there were lots of signs about being towed and we saw security taking a photo of our car from across the road at 9pm and had to run out and move our car

Worth it !

It s a cozy and clean house 1.6 km away from train station. But only using one bus enough to access centre.

There is no curtain in bathroom. It was a problem when you undress.

The location was clean and across the street from a mall. As it separated two legs of our trip, we weren't interested in sightseeing. In terms of our expectations, it met all of them.

Even the location was equipped with a/c, it wasn't able cool the rooms enough to be confortable. It was still too hot.

Nice modern apartment

Very nice and clean appartement, not very close to the center, but reachable with the car or bus in 10 min. Public parking and shopping centre available in the neighbourhood.

Good stay, easy procedures - far away from center

the property is very well renovated and it was comfortable for 3 people. Love that they accept dogs and they have a little space outside for us smokers. A plus was the parking spot for the car. The staff has been very nice and responsive as well.

location. it is placed just at an intersection so, despite the very good isolating windows, you can always hear traffic noise. Also maybe some ticker curtains would help. They do have shutters for the night which are great, but if you are in during the day with shutters opened people can see inside with see-through curtains

Great little place to stay and see Parma, there is a fabulous restaurant next door and we had a fab lunch. The hosts were very communicative and answered any questions

It is a very modern apartment, well-equipped, nice and relatively spacious.

This ground floor apartment is very close (literally, 5 meters away) from a very busy road and the noise of that road is annoying.

Great stay for a great value!

What a great value this place was! The beds were comfortable, the AC was a wonderful bonus, and having the kitchen was so helpful. I also loved that we could park our car in a safe gated area. Elena was a wonderfully sweet host and communication was fantastic.

Really good communication

Communication with the host was great! It was really fast and easy and instructions were very detailed and clear. Private parking spot on the courtyard. Apartment is ca 30 min waking distance from the city centre.

Our room was on the first floor on a quite busy street. On the evening the neighbourhood was little sketchy but maybe this isn't always like that. Bathroom needs some update- door didn't closed properly.

Спочатку нас заселили не в той номер що ми замовляли, де не було ні холодильника, а ні кухні, ні роздільних кімнат. Після того як ми написали що будемо жалітися на букінг, нас переселили в інший номер, де був подібний до того що замовляли. Кондиціонер працював не дуже добре.Між унітазом і умивальником мало місця, щоб сісти на унітаз, ногами впираєшся в умивальник. Матрас на ліжку з випираючими пружинами, а софа порвана ніби зі смітника. У ванній кімнаті не працює освітлення над раковиною, погодитися неможливо

Molto gentile il proprietario, preciso e corretto. Buona posizione, appartamento carino e pulito.

Ottima la posizione, nella camera è presente una macchinetta per il caffè con capsule per la colazione.

La mancanza di zanzariere, poichè la location è molto carina potrebbero le zanzariere migliorare il confort, principalmente in estate.
