Casa grande e pulita posizionata in una zona silenziosa a pochi minuti dall'ospedale Maggiore. E' dotata di tutto il necessario per il soggiorno, incluse pentole e stoviglie nel caso in cui si volesse preparare qualcosa.
Il proprietario è una persona molto gentile e disponibile e si è presentato personalmente per la consegna delle chiavi.
La struttura ha un suo posto auto nel cortile interno, che però è un po' stretto, per cui se si arriva con la macchina non è semplicissimo uscire, ma a parte questa piccola scomodità, tutto è andato benissimo.

It took a day or so for the place to warm up, but it was very cold at the time! Once it did, it was very cozy.

Wir hatten zwei schön Tage in Parma in ein Unterkunft in der alles vorhanden war. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist relativ zentral (Busverbindungen in der Nähe) und sehr ruhig. Einen Parkplatz gibt es auch (im Innenhof der Unterkunft). Der Vermieter hat bei unserer Ankunft auf uns gewartet, es hat alles sehr gut geklappt. Vielen Dank.

Buona la posizione, il centro è facilmente raggiungibile
Buono il parcheggio privato (anche se molto stretto per le manovre)

Buona la vicinanza alla pasticceria Dolceamaro
Riscaldamento funzionante al minimo nonostante fossimo ad inizio novembre
Mobilio molto vecchio (non vintage, vecchio) ambiente poco accogliente e ridotto al minimo essenziale
Telecomando TV malfunzionante
Pentolame vecchio, molto usato e poco invogliante ad essere utilizzato
