Cosy and clean, bonus elevator to top floor apartment.

Cosy and clean for a night’s stay passing thru Parma. Elevator to the 3rd floor apartment was a welcome bonus!

It would’ve been nice if the sofa bed was made up ready for us.

I do not recommend and I will not return

The only plus is the silence and the fact that you can set the temperature in the facility yourself.

Zero contact with the owner except for information on how to get to the apartment and how much tax to pay. Voice questions in English are answered by voice in Italian (I don't speak Italian). The apartment has a specific smell - in my opinion it stinks. The kitchen is very poorly equipped, there was not even a coffee capsule for the espresso machine. The impression is very gloomy.I didn't feel safe in the area, a lot of groups of men in the evening - like in movies about gangster neighborhoods.

Central place

Direction for the Appartement was not clear. It is on the third floor. We have spend some time on the ground floor until we contact the manager. Entrance downstair smells wired. Bedroom has no direct AC and because the appartment is just under the roof, the AC was not enough strong to get a comfortable night.

Great flat close to the city center

The size of the flat, great for us as a family. Since it was very hot during our stay, the air conditioning was awesome to have, just like the elevator that helped because we had a stroller, or the washing machine. The coffee place just in front of our building was perfect, and the distance to the center - 15min by foot, or the nearest pastry shop (10 minutes max) or supermarket (just 2 min away). Antonio was very helpful and replied to each question almost instantly.

Superb

It was easy to get in and out, and is a pretty charming attic apartment. You need to bend down in half the bedroom cause of the rafters, but the bed is comfy and the living room/kitchen is spacious. It is just a few minutes walk to the old city. I really appreciated that the sofa bed was pulled out when we arrived!

Carino per alloggio breve

Spazio adatto per 3 persone, accogliente, c'è un divano letto in sala ben separato con due porte dal bagno e dalla camera da letto. Il Letto é comodo anche se rumoroso ad ogni singolo movimento. Si può raggiungere comodamente a piedi il centro in 15 minuti. L'host è molto disponibile e risponde subito al telefono.

Abbiamo usato l'ascensore ma puzzava tantissimo di sigaretta e c'era la cenere per terra (questo probabilmente dipende dai vicini). Nella struttura non c'è né il bollitore né il microonde quindi non è stato comodissimo scaldare la colazione, avevamo solo un pentolino che ci siamo dovuti alternare in tre persone. Le tazze nella dispensa erano sporche. In bagno c'era solo uno shampoo e il sapone per le mani.

Appartamento ben attrezzato e pulito, in posizione centrale della città ,con balcone per fumare.

L' unico neo , se proprio bisogna essere pignoli ,è il letto un po' rumoroso . Nulla di insopportabile ovviamente.

A Parma per assistere ad un concerto, è stata base perfetta per il nostro pur breve soggiorno

Appartamento molto ben attrezzato con tutti gli accessori che possono venire utili in un soggiorno in appartamento (ottima la dotazione della zona cucina), arredato in maniera molto gradevole e funzionale. Pulizia ineccepibile, buoni i servizi e buona la presenza dell'ascensore, essendo l'appartamento al terzo piano avere una alternativa alle scale è decisamente comodo. Posizione in quartiere ricco di locali, comunque tranquilla e silenziosa. Fermate dei bus urbani a pochissimi metri, si può comunque girare tranquillamente a piedi, i punti di interesse sono a pochi minuti di cammino. Istruzioni di accesso chiare e complete, gestore molto disponibile e cortese.

Un'ottima soluzione vicino al centro

La posizione era ottima e la struttura molto confortevole. Ottimo il livello di pulizia.

Tra i vari accessori che ci saremmo aspettati in bagno, un paio di boccettine di bagnoschiuma le avremmo gradite, anche se trattandosi di una notte sola non è stata una mancanza così grave.

Pensavo meglio, dubbio tassa di soggiorno.

Il check in autonomo.

I peli sul lavandino, le macchie sul piano della cucina , la finestra del bagno a 3 metri di altezza, lo straccio maleodorante lasciato in bagno che abbiamo messo fuori perché puzzava di umido. La tassa di soggiorno di 4€ a notte quando su booking era scritto 1€ (da pagare solo in contanti...) La difficoltà a trovare parcheggio.

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte per visitare Parma,l alloggio si trova a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro,Abbiamo parcheggiato nei pressi del appartamento, bisogna fare attenzione ai parcheggi che sono tutti a pagamento con la possibilità di sosta massima di 2ore fino alle 19 L alloggio si trova al terzo piano con comodo ascensore ed è molto silenzioso ottimo per riposare bene,l host è stato disponibile e gentile Grazie Antonio del ospitalità

APPARTAMENTO PULITO E IN CENTRO! CONSIGLIATO!

La posizione è perfetta perchè è in pieno centro e la casa era pulitissima! Tutto comodo! Accetta anche i cani.

Nulla di grave ma se proprio devo segnalare un piccolo difetto è che al momento della prenotazione ho chiesto e mi è stato approvato il check in alle ore 12. Nella descrizione è riportato che check in e check out si possono fare a qualsiasi ora invece poi quando ho richiesto (io ho chiesto per scrupolo) conferma per il check in mi è stato detto che prima delle 13:30 non si può fare. Non ci ha scombinato di molto i piani ma secondo me sarebbe meglio scriverlo nella descrizione dell'appartamento o quanto meo non accettare le richieste di check in prima di quell'orario.

Sijainti oli mielestäni kiva. Ei ihan keskustassa mutta hyvin saavutettavissa ja bussit kulkivat läheltä. Rauhallinen alue. Toimiva asunto ja kaikki tarvittava löytyi. Sopi hyvin tukikohdaksi. Junia eri suuntiin menee hyvin eri aikoina asemalta.

Vain perushuonekalut, ei mattoja. Ei niin kovin viihtyisä pidempiaikaiseen oleskeluun sisällä. Plussaa kuitenkin ylimmästä kerroksesta. Asunto toimi kuitenkin, ettei oikeastaan mitään isoa mistä en pitänyt.
