The location. The parking lot is right behind and reaching the center of Parma is really easy.

The house is a bit complicated because it articulates on 3 floors and with small kids managing the day is not easy. Also, the breakfast is NOT included. Croissants and a coffee are not a breakfast. This is misleading when booking. It should be specified only: coffee and croissants offered.

Lovely Parma

Harmonic and authentic interior. Perfectly located, 2 minutes walking to the parking center and only a few minutes to the city center. Breakfast options right outside the house. Very lovely host.

A nice stay in a cozy apartment in the centre of Parma.

The apartment was cozy, clean, and spacious for two people, and within walking distance from the centre. The host was very friendly and prompt in responding to messages and giving suggestions for restaurants etc in the area. Breakfast was very Italian - coffee and a croissant in the bar next door.

Ideal location from which to explore Parma!

Lovely apartment in a great central location, with some nearby paid parking including an underground parking garage one block away, as well as a park which was great for our dog. Also the breakfast next door was perfect.

Lovely friendly welcome

Miki went out of her way to make us feel welcome and to make us feel at home in her home! She was very understanding about our bicycles, insisting that we keep them inside for security. There is everything available within the home to be self catering, and there are shops within a reasonable walking distance. The location is within easy walking distance of the very attractive city centre and restaurants.

Fabulous absolutely. The apartment was spacious and comfortable in a great area for transport and the amazing Park Ducale. The hosts were helpful and courteous with many recommendations for dining and entertainment. Could not fault my experience in Parma.

The breakfast was close to the place and had several options. We went for the pastry which was pleasant. The house was warm.

There is no property parking. There is only public parking which can be expensive. The street didn’t feel very safe.

Eravamo vicinissimi al centro e di fianco c'era già il bar convenzionato dove abbiamo fatto colazione. I due bagni hanno fatto tanto comodo.

Tutto ok, un appunto solamente le due camere non sono separate da muri e porte ma si trovano sopra e sotto.

La posizione della casa è molto comoda.. L'ambiente è giovanile e dinamico. Ci sono molte scale. Ottima la colazione al bar

Il condizionatore è solo nella camera matrimoniale. A fine luglio c'erano parecchie zanzare e non si poteva stare sui terrazzini.

Schöne Wohnung, Lage in Ordnung, Nachbar schlafraubend, aber freundlicher Gastgeber.

Man kann die Wohnung komplett nutzen, mit Balkon und Innenhof zum Sitzen sowie einer Küche mit Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle. Schlafzimmer 1 OG und 2 Badezimmer (1 Dusche, Lüftung). Sie blieb kühl, trotz der Wärme draußen. Man kann in einem von drei Cafés ein Croissant sowie einen Tee, Kaffee, Cappuccino nach Wahl frühstücken, das ist inkl. und klappte problemlos. Ausgezeichnete Speisen und Getränke in Parma, fußläufig ein Minimarkt sowie Geschäfte erreichbar.

Man kann den Nachbarn schnarchen hören, welcher außergewöhnlich laut war und man läuft ein Stück in die Innenstadt, so 15-20 Min.

L’appartement a beaucoup de charme, on s’y sent bien. Bonne literie. Tres agréable petit déjeuner en terrasse chez Fusi & Café (juste à côté de l’appartement) Le parking est tout proche (12€ par jour)
