We had a wonderful stay at the Niki O Apartment! It was a spacious, clean, bright and friendly apartment with lots of space to hang up clothes. The little kitchen was well equipped and very efficient. The bed was very comfortable and the washroom was on the same level, upstairs. We enjoyed being able to relax on the couch… it was all very comfortable and inviting. The location couldn‘t be better, being so close to the main square and with so many shops, cafes and restaurants all around. We very much enjoyed our visit and would love to stay there again!

Secure building. Washing machine is nice to have.
No AC even though it is listed twice in the description. Apparently this is true in all of Parma based on time of year. It was 75 degrees in our room throughout our stay in April. There is no fan in the room.
The rooms are directly above a restaurant break/smoke spot. So you sweat with the window closed or the room smells like cigarettes and fryer grease all night. Your choice.
Wait-staff is loud until the early hours of the morning.
Wi-fi is terrible.
