Nice apartment in the heart of Parma, cafes / restarurants / shops all withing a few minutes walk. Very nice pizza right behind the corner. The apartment is a bit small but cosy, nice and clean. Good communication with the owner.

Great location with a friendly and helpful host.
Very good communication with the lovely host who arranged an easy key collection. Excellent location within walking distance of centre of town and all it had to offer.
The apartment would benefit from cupboards and wardrobe being decluttered. The apartment is quite dark during the day.

A hidden gem - lovely apartment with a warm & friendly feel
We loved our stay in this very well equipped and quiet apartment. It had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. A large comfy bed, lots of hanging space. The apartment has a really warm & friendly feel. There's a fruit shop opposite, a cafe a few doors away and Via Garibaldi's mix of bars, cafes & shops just up the street. Well positioned 10 mins walk from the train station & 10 mins into the centre. A friendly & helpful host who was able to meet us for an earlier check in when our travel plans changed. Arriving to see wine in the fridge & cakes to enjoy was a lovely little extra.

Pas de TV mais nous avions le Wifi haut débit mais nous n'étions pas à Parme pour regarder la TV Un micro-onde serait nécessaire Il manque quelques petites cuillères

Joli appartement très bien situé!
Merci beaucoup pour le sejour magnifique, la propriétaire était constemment en contact au cas de besoin, elle m'a donné d'instructions très pratiques concernant mon sejour et de bonnes recommendations pour les visites touristiques. Les petits bonus étaient une bon surprise! L'appartement est très propre, décoré avec du gout et il est sitié au coeur de Parma, 10 minutes à pied de la gare, 8 minutes de la cathedrale et 3 minutes de la Casa della Musica. Je vous le recommends vivement pour la découverte de la fantastique region de Parma.

Weekend a Parma
La posizione è davvero ottima, comoda sia per visitare il centro storico, sia per trovare parcheggio nei dintorni. La proprietaria di casa è molto disponibile e l'appartamento è pulito e ha tutto quello che serve per brevi (se non brevissimi) soggiorni. La zona è tranquilla, sicura e fornita di ogni servizio.
L'appartamento non è molto accogliente; datato e arredato con poca attenzione, meriterebbe un totale aggiornamento. Manca la televisione e gli spazi sono gestiti male. Si sente che qualcuno ha fumato in casa, mancando il balcone, e l'odore purtroppo ha impregnato gli ambienti. Manca l'ascensore e la casa si trova al secondo piano (non è un problema ma è comunque una barriera architettonica importante). Inguardabile, ahimè, il palo da nightclub nel bel mezzo del salotto: spero fosse una sicurezza per il sostegno del solaio, chi lo sa.
