Overall it was a perfect stay, But hampered By the Internet & the Host’s Rude & Unnecessary Abruptness.

The Location Was Ideal & Very Central. Comfortable, Cosy & Warm.

We were Provided with the Exact Location of the Apartment, But to get Access to the Key Box Code was Hampered by the Host & we had to Prompt them for this Upon arrival, which took a further Delay. We found the Host Abrupt & Rude, This We found out when we mentioned that the Internet WIFI was Next to Non Existent & asking if we could check out Later, which was met with Further Unnecessary Abruptness & a flat No. We were told that the Internet has Never Been a problem & No one has Mentioned it Before, which I find Hard to Believe. Check out time was 10am & No movement on that, check in was 3pm, so Doesn’t give Much leeway on being truly comfortable the following Morning. Upon arrival at the Apartment, there was a Strong Scent of Cigarettes & Alcohol. Despite the Heating being Constant, the Hot water from Shower Wasn’t. There is Not much in the way of Secure parking, aside from the Street, with Confusing Restrictions, But this isn’t Something that the Host can Control.

A bit disappointing.

I thought the service of the agency was ok as they responded quickly to all questions and provided information related to the property (e.g. parking, location, facilities available, etc.). The location of the apartment was great - 5-6 mins from Battistero.

Queen bed and two single beds are actually placed in one room. I did not notice this when booking the apartment. The furniture is quite old, paintings are available on the walls with mixed style though. Kitchen was not useful. No parking space available on the street. The closest available parking was 7-10 mins walking distance. This was not good value for money. The booking per night was extremely overpriced.

Great place to stay if you want an authentic experience

Communication with host was great. Very short notice booking was no problem at all. Place feels very authentic Italian and has all the amenities you need.

The cork walls in the bathroom are not the best idea because the material is very porous. So it doesn't look that appetizing.

In centro, no bidet, polvere in alcuni punti. Prezzo ottimo e brava l'agenzia che gestisce.

Posizione ottima, tranne per il parcheggio, ma è in centro quindi ok

No bidet, incredibile. Polvere in punti un po' più nascosti dove per pigrizia non puliscono. Freddino e non regolabile in quanto climatizzatore rotto. Coperta corta, assurdo. Incredibile che le chiavi vadano lasciate appese dentro, senza chiudere a chiave. E se entrano e distruggono tutto? Incolpate gli ospiti precedenti no?!

Abbiamo pernottato per 4 giorni in 4 persone: secondo me l'appartamento è adatto per 2 o al massimo 3 persone. In 4 si sta stretti L'acqua calda della doccia è impossibile da regolare

Ottimo B&b, situato a due passi dai luoghi di maggior interesse del centro di Parma, ideale per coppie ma anche per famiglie, prezzo conveniente rispetto ad altri B&b in zona , buon servizio di pulizia del locale, e comodità di trovare parcheggio (a pagamento) sulla strada. C'è anche un piccolo parco giochi pubblico a soli 50 metri, e comodo servizio di comunicazione per check in e informazioni varie, tramite Whatsapp, senza perdite di tempo

Non c'è inclusa la colazione, ma è presente una cucina attrezzata, e la mokka per fare il caffè

Les variations de température pendant la douche, sans avoir rien touché. On passe d une eau glacée à brûlante, etc... Très désagréable

Rapide première étape en Emilie-Romagne

La chambre est très bien située dans un rue animée de Parme, dans le centre ville. Stationnement : on a eu de la chance car on a trouvé à se garer pas trop loin de l'appartement, mais cela peut être un souci car il y a peu de place et il faut attention aux ZLT

Appartement un peu vieillot, pas très moderne. J'ai trouvé le coût de la nuit un peu cher (97€), mais nous sommes arrivés un samedi soir, et je vois que les prix sont nettement moins chers durant la semaine (autour des 65€ en semaine, ce qui fait tout de même +50% le week-end !)

Soddisfatta

La posizione dell'appartamento è comodissima per raggiungere il vicino centro storico e non è troppo distante dalla stazione. Zona molto tranquilla nonostante i pub sotto i portici. Dall'agenzia sono stati SUPER disponibili a risolvere un piccolo problemino. Sicuramente ritornerò qui in un altro viaggio a Parma.

Bagno: sarebbe preferibile un altro tipo di materiale per il rivestimento.
