Apartment with parking and WiFi
Apartment is on 2nd floor in a secure building. Car parking is available in front of the building. It’s a safe area. Daniela was very kind. Communication was easy. We stayed for a night. Everything was fine. WLAN worked well. Packed Breakfast helped us during the early hours of our journey.

Very helpful hostess
Pretty far from the old town. But be sure the hostess will advise you where to park your car for convenient access to old town attractions on foot. She is also friendly, communicative, a really nice person.
It was the second time on our trip and the repeated lesson for us that it is not good idea to switch on the air conditioner and the oven at the same time. Thanks to our hostess, we have resolved this issue soon enough. We understand this is due to the electric power limit, but hostess should consider upgrading the equipment and purchasing a more efficient air conditioner. Even more so because old conditioners make more noise than they cool the rooms. The next issue we notice is cleanliness. The hostess should require more accuracy, carefulness from the housekeeper. Too much dust, and the towels have a odd smell.

Il punto era ottimo. Parcheggio sotto casa.ottima cordialità della signora che ci ha fatto un grandissimo favore il giorno dopo. È stata molto brava.aveva di tutto a disposizione.
A parte il fatto che era molto datato, ma quello passa in secondo piano. Pulizia insomma...poi avevano a disposizione 1 letto matrimoniale che si infossava (sembrava di essere su un materasso ad acqua) e un divano letto che era come dormire per terra. Troppo rigido.Ecco in questo non è piaciuto perché non è stato comodo.

Buona la posizione comfort da migliorare
Eravamo già stati qualche anno fa....miniappartamento comodo con tutto quello che serve ....peccato per i letti non comodissimi...
Secondo noi il materasso e i cuscini dovrebbero essere cambiati, materasso troppo morbido e cuscini scomodissimi almeno per noi, e anche il tipo di lenzuola che erano sintetiche sembravano di plastica.Piu che dormito abbiamo allungato le gambe eravamo stanchi spero che la prossima volta lo troveremo più confortevole

Consigliatissimo per chi vuole visitare Parma per più di un giorno.
L'appartamento era molto luminoso, ideale per chi ha bisogno di luce per non essere melanconico.
Avrei voluto avere a portata di mano le istruzioni del termostato. La casa è stata riscaldata in ore in cui non c'ero ed era freddina dopo le 22 di sera.
