Our host Luisa was very helpful and managed to brief us very effectively in English with Google translate! Lovely homely and spacious apartment in central Parma in a historic building.

A weekend option in the heart of Parma

Excellent location: walking distance to the main sights. Nice, responsive hosts. It was easy to find the place. A 2 room spacious appartment is located on the grund floor, facing a quiet street, but it still can be noisy, because the windows are low, whoever passes or drives by you hear them. Comfortable beds. Good quality sheets and towels. Gas stove, a simple and small kettle and capsule machine.

Kitchen utilities could be renewed, old pans, 3 cups and 2 wine glasses in a 5 person flat. plates and cuttlery are fine. They called the bread maker a microwave. The apartment wants more attention to details, the kitchenette -refreshment. Many things look oldish hence not fresh. I didn't feel cosy there. But it's a nice option for a weekend.

We were welcomed by Cristina and her husband. They were exceptional and made our trip better. They personally showed us the parking and the flat, answered all question and shared interesting conversation. Thank you! The place itself is perfect for family, spacious and in great location. Beautiful Stay in Parma thanks to Luisa!

Luisa was wonderful. She is so hardworking and really wants to please her guests. Luisa got extra fans for us and made us our dinner reservations. The weather was so hot 105degrees but she had water and juice in the refrigerator all ready for us. The location is absolutely perfect, situated right next to the Duomo. we really enjoyed our stay.

A very friendly welcome. Spacious apartment near the Cathedral of Parma right in the centre!

Our wonderful and kind host even picked us up at the station which was great as we had heavy luggage! The flat was extremely spacious with high ceilings. The location is fantastic - in the old town, only a few steps from the cathedral! Milk and water were in the fridge, at no extra cost. There were also some breakfast biscuits/small Italian breakfast cakes, which was much appreciated. The Wifi wasn't really working at first, however, upon request we were provided with a router, which solved the problem! After that, the Wifi was working really well. There were a washing machine and a small dishwasher both of which were useful. The flat is on the ground floor but we felt very safe with the heavy window grilles. Our host was very friendly and polite. We would highly recommend this apartment for a stay in Parma!

Only a small thing: Perhaps the router should be given right at the beginning so the internet works properly and with a faster speed from the start.

L'appartamento è al piano terra e la sera si sentono molto gli schiamazzi dei passanti. Tutto sopportabile. La camera matrimoniale ha il termosifone attaccato alla testata del letto e di inverno fa fin troppo caldo.

Douceur de Parme, à deux pas du Duomo

Emplacement de rêve à 150m du duomo et du centre ville très agréable. Accueil extrêmement sympathique et chaleureux, propriétaire très à l'écoute et très disponible. Appartement spacieux et confortable dans un immeuble ancien avec beaucoup de charme. Cuisine bien équipée.

Appartement en rez-de-chaussée avec des fenêtres très hautes donc plutôt sombre (on ne voit pas le ciel depuis l'appartement).

soggiorno orrendo , da incubo. da non rifare mai più. sconsiglio

l'unica cosa positiva era la posizione a due passi dal centro città

La signora Luisa era cordiale ma il fatto che ci ha chiesto 10 euro per i cani perchè diceva che doveva ripulire i peli che i cani avrebbero lasciato in casa ( nonostante le avevo detto che i miei erano barboncini e non perdevano pelo) non è stato per niente corretto, considerando che nell'annuncio i cani sono ammessi senza supplemento, tra l'altro ha voluto i soldi per i cani e per il parcheggio in contanti , invece l'intera somma del soggiorno ci ha permesso di pagarla col bancomat. In casa non c'era modo di far entrare luce esterna, perchè nelle camere da letto c'erano teli oscuranti grigio scuro molto fitti guainati , rotti ,che coprivano i vetri interamente e non era possibile tirarli su perchè rotti, ho comunicato ciò alla signora Luisa che ha detto di essere consapevole che fossero rotti. Non era presente aria condizionata ma solo 2 ventilatori , non c'erano zanzariere, ho aperto le finestre (nonostante i teli che non permettevano la vista fuori ) perchè stavamo sudando e in serata mi sono ritrovata in camera da letto le cavallette. Le posate a disposizione non erano ben pulite ho dovuto lavarle. Poichè era presente la lavastoviglie ho deciso di utilizzarla ed ho visto cadere dal cestello superiore degli animali , ho chiamato mio marito ed abbiamo visto 2 blatte in lavastoviglie, tutto già comunicato alla signora. IL lenzuolo del lettino di mia figlia era pieno di fori ,praticamente bucato. Il bidè non era possibile utilizzarlo perchè l'acqua risaliva su , non scendeva. . è stato un incubo!!!!

Ottima posizione, struttura pulita e ordinata. Spazi grandi e funzionali.

Non era presente la presa elettrica per utilizzare il phon in bagno. È possibile usarlo solo in cucina.

Esperienza da ripetere

Posizione comodissima a 1 minuto da Piazza Duomo e quindi da tutti i servizi. La notte si dorme tranquillamente visto che è leggermente discosta dal caos di Strada Cavour. La casa è molto grande e abbastanza confortevole, la proprietaria gentile e disponibile alle nostre richieste. Wifi gratuito graditissimo visto che i nostri smartphone non avevano molto campo.

Breve soggiorno a Parma con la famiglia

Ottima posizione dell'appartamento che è posizionato a 50 mt dal Duomo di Parma. Un punto perfetto per girare a piedi la città e scoprirne i suoi segreti. Molto gentile la signora dell'appartamento. Ottima la possibilità di riscaldare la casa attraverso caldaia a gas e termostato.

Il divano letto scomodo come già comunicato all'host. Inoltre è necessaria una migliore copertura wifi visto che nell'appartamento la linea telefonica è scarsa.
