The architectural space and sketches on the walls

The neighbors’s noises didn’t let me sleep at 5:00 am. It sounded like they’re ruining the building. And the temperature was too low. The split actually didn’t work and was set on 21 degrees. The room was really cold. I slept with hat and extra shirts.

Very nice pleasant stay and a quiet place to relax.

The hotel was outside of Parma which we knew as we wanted a safe place for our car. Filippo checked us in on arrival. Very friendly and helpful person and spoke excellent English. The room was very spacious. cooking facilities for 2 people, so we could make breakfast in the morning. Parma is a lovely place to explore and not too big.

Heating was only turned on the 15th October so it was quite cool. We had extra blankets so it was good for sleeping. We thought we could take the bus which was quite complicated, so we took a taxi instead which cost between Euro 12-15.

We had a small terrace where we could have lunch outside Calm location in the fields even if right at the tangenziale

The buildings and the territory is under construction. So every morning about 7.40 you can hear workers with equipment who produce noise just within one or two meters in front of your window. You can close the window but you can not switch on AC because it's managed by reception and can be switched on only by their decision, usually in afternoon and until 11 pm

position is perfect, close to parma and also close towards hills on the south staff was very polite and always available, 10 points to custode, a very available person, always responding and helpful small garden lot attached to the kitchen car lot close to appartments, and a lot of space garbage recyclition excellent / raccilta differenziata

entering the parking lot there are 2 dangerous retarders/rallentatiri that are too deep (they are holes actually - and not bumps) and can damage the car if you dont notive them, and have NO SENSE to have them there, there is no risk of people walling towards the slope of tangenziale.... the water in the appartment - if you set it for red (warm watter) it is very hot, you can burn yourselves, i recommend to set the temptiture in the central locale tecnico to max 47C or so we didnt like the large bed as it was composed of 2 matrasses and we frequently found them distanced with the hole between them in the morning we heard too much the staff doing cleaning works in other appartments, i recommend to isolate bettee accustically the appartments. there are 4 buildinds, the above issues maybe are rekevant only to building we were in
